Hello, I am here to share my experience with this clothing brand. It was my second shopping with them. Last year I ordered and it was delivered 2 days after Akshaya tritiya. This time I ordered earlier to gift my daughter and both daughters in law for same occasion but this time I received order within 13 days yesterday. So I couldn't understand their delivery timeline.

But all 3 products are beautiful. Nimal, sly slate and rose suit set . Nimal suit set I ordered for my daughter and that comes out really beautiful suit set , colour and finishing of hand embroidery.

Delivery timeline - Delivered my order within 27 days

Quality - Not low quality, not premium quality, it was nice

Fittings - perfect, I tried fittings just looking like Pakistani style when I am wearing

Customer Support - Not so fast , but recived response within 2 days when I sent email to them to get order update . Instagram inbox response was good.

Fraud site, my wife ordered worth 6k nothing came till one year now they are making sillily excuses and even tried to blackmail.

Nirbani disappoints on multiple fronts. Their product quality falls short of expectations, with poorly crafted suits that do not justify their price. Moreover, interactions with their customer service are marked by rudeness and unhelpfulness. Overall, a regrettable experience that fails to meet basic standards of quality and service

I am compelled to share my thoroughly disappointing experience with Nirbani, an Instagram page that claims to offer quality suits. In March 2023, I placed an order for two suits totaling Rs8000. However, my ordeal began with persistent delays, and it only escalated from there.

After numerous follow-ups, the suits finally arrived in July, and to my dismay, they were a far cry from the products showcased on the page. The quality was exceptionally poor, and it was evident that what I received did not match the advertised pictures.

I immediately raised the issue with the owner, hoping for a resolution. Regrettably, my attempts to communicate were met with complete disregard. The owner not only ignored my concerns but also ceased responding altogether. Despite providing clear evidence through pictures of the substandard products I received, the owner refused to acknowledge the problem or offer a refund.

In a last-ditch effort to salvage my purchase, I requested a refund. Unsurprisingly, the owner remained uncooperative, declining a refund but agreeing to an exchange. Despite placing a replacement order in September 2023, the promised suit has yet to arrive. Additionally, my balance amount of Rs1800, which was not utilized in the replacement order, remains unrefunded.

The lack of communication and transparency from the owner is deeply concerning. I am left in the dark, uncertain about the status of my replacement order and the whereabouts of my hard-earned money. This experience has been not only financially draining but emotionally taxing as well.

Potential customers, please exercise caution before considering any transactions with Nirbani. The poor quality of the products and the owner's blatant disregard for customer concerns make this a regrettable choice. As of now, I remain without the product I paid for and without the refund promised. Buyer beware.
On Jan 3, they said they will deliver the replacement but till not haven’t received anything.

Very late order delivery. After all the wait of over 4 mo ths to recieve like 3 items they were ripped and wrong size. One of them was incorrect too. The support is very arrogant. Never buy from this site this is blatant scam and fraud.

Fraudulent company for sure! I placed an order 3 months ago they are not delivering and keep saying next week you will receive the product. After mentioning that I want to cancel the order since they can't fulfil this order they are threatening to keep the entire amount as store credit. This is a full blown scam!!

All they do is promise that the order will be shipped next week or next month
I am tired of their response and I’ve registered a complaint with customer forum as well. I’ve placed an order worth almost 10k
They don’t offer refund and offer store credit instead. I don’t know what to do at this point as my money is stuck with them. I hope the legal action will help me.
Please do not order anything from them. I’ve learnt my lesson.

Wish to rate then in negative. Placed an prepaid order of more than ₹5k on September and after 4 months there is nothing on the delivery. They neither refund or send product. Customer care number is non functional and WhatsApp nobody picks call. Have been messaging them daily since last 4 months and they just say next week . I have already placed complaint in customer court. Save yourself , never buy from this site.
20 may update - I received the order and the quality is worse than road side clothes. They had moulds in them, stitching was pathetic and also had chalk marks from the sewing. Colours and fit were completely different from the ones in site. I don't have the patient to fight more when them, so save your time. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM NIRBANI

They took 10 months to deliver my order after I constantly threaten to go legal. They suit delivered was poor quality and does not match the description or photos the material is cheap and it’s not well made. I waited 10 months for a 6k suit which was more like 600rs. Negative rating, extremely rude even when they specified that it is dispatched in 7-10 days it’s more like 7-10 months! No customer service whatsoever. One lady running this business and she cannot accommodate/ fulfill online orders. Highly disappointed!! Never going to buy again and do not recommend!!

They never delivered my order even with 3 months time period they specified. They keep giving lame excuses to keep my money with them. They keep telling delivery will be done next month every time.

Loved the suit. The colour, quality and fit the product is top notch. Would highly recommend Nirbani.

Happy with the kurta set…just a bit disappointed with the delivery which took over a month to arrive. That too after a lot of requests and enquiries.

My order was urgent and I was too late to order, the staff was soo cooperative, by staying in touch with me through the process they made sure I got my order on time. I placed my order Monday night and I received it by Saturday afternoon. The collection on the website is amazing. There’s something for everyone and the quality is amazing tooo. Recommend 100 percent, but it’s better to order 2 weeks in prior.

I tried reaching out to them before and after placing my order regarding early delivery. They didn’t reply over email even after multiple reminders.

Then they said we can’t do fast delivery, I requested to please cancel my order it was 5th day of placing the order and they didn’t even dispatched the product.
then next day suddenly they dispatched it without even confirming me even after my multiple requests to cancel.

I received the order after more than a month that to after following up with them because there was no update on shipment status or anything at all from them.

Image of product on their website(they are picking images from somewhere) is different and the product they deliver is totally different in-terms of everything. quality, work, colour, design everything.
They kind of try to copy the image work and deliver to us in way too bad quality. I placed order for 7k and the product delivered is not even of Rs.500 quality.

They are rude. Do not talk, understand or take their customer’s concerns into consideration.

Please don't ever order from Nirbani.com - Your money will be stuck with them permanently for their fraud and bad quality products you ordered.

Customer experience & respect doesn’t matter to Nirbani.

They are fraud and do not have any work ethic.

They do not refund money to bank account and are charging insanely high for roadside worst quality products

Total fake company...u will not get your products

Would like to give negative rating ,i have placed order 4 months back havnt received the product yet and i m sure i wont get it ,they r totally fake , its very difficult to get contact with them ,they keep postponding always they r such a liar
