I bought a $150 battle rope from these guys on eBay. Complete scam artists!!! Rope never came, no refund ever provided, they don't respond to emails, their phone number doesn't work. Stay away from them

Spent 3.2 k on a lat pull-down machine custom, did this back in November, got updates untill Feb this year, so now been without a update for 1 month and no response anywhere, 3.2k all gone to these scamming dogs,

The wasp leg press
The wasp leg press, issue not been straight, very hard to release the handles, told a technician would ring, 3 days gone, nothing, telling lies, by saying all machines are put together before leaving warehouse,should have been handle better, put all issue on me, your fault when putting together, instructions terrible,

Thank you for your feedback, we're sad to hear you weren't left satisfied with the service we provide at NIRVANA.
To clarify the situation, we definitely do pre-assemble all equipment and have a quality control department at our factory to test and check components. Our technicians have been full-on with fitouts and commercial installations as the new-years rush approaches and we do apologise they weren't able to get back to you sooner.
We did provide the fix as advised by our techies as soon as the images of the issue were sent through; we do suggest enquiring about our installation services to avoid any hassle installing equipment yourself in the future.
Thank you for your feedback regarding instructions, we've recently updated all our equipment series and have managed to get instructional wording completed for 1/4 of our new equipment; these are rather labour intensive to write up and we are apologetic that we haven't gotten around to the Wasp Leg Press just yet.

Over 4 months to arrive
It hadn’t taken just over 4 months till my order has been received. I had to constantly ask for updates every date they had given me was false. All the employees I had spoken to was reading off a script. The equipment is out a fair price good quality but if your opening a commercial gym on a time schedule don’t rely on this company because it’s shipping is pathetic .

Thank you for your review, glad to pick out you are happy with the quality as well as the pricing of our Iso-Lateral Chest Press; which is indeed what we pride ourselves on.
In this situation we promised 2-4 months and this order did take just over 4 months to arrive; we did compensate you for the wait. This was a rare occasion where you had just missed the shipment which had left and the shipment which you were slotted in on experienced a number of delays on the water due to weather on the sea.
We clearly state our ETA's are to be taken lightly; they are just a frame of reference for arrival as when factors outside of our control pop up it does push the ETA back a bit more. Individual items are subject to waiting for containers to be filled (to avoid you paying an international shipping fee); if orders are bulk the turnaround is much quicker and do take two months for custom equipment to be manufactured and landed.
In regards to our customer service we don't provide a "script" so to speak, in retrospect the replies do seem repetitive due to the fact there was no update able to be given, all we could do was relay and repeat the same update which you were given previously.
We hope you're keeping safe and doing well and our equipment does get some solid use. Apologies regarding the longer than anticipated wait.

2 main issues
There are 2 main issues. One is how I was notified of the tracking number of my order (it was a note that triggered an email with no link to track it which I could of easily missed) that and I still haven't received the product.

Thank you for the review on our tracking! We'd like to clarify a few points; our system is designed to allow for manual tracking as a selection of our courier ranges do not offer URL/Live tracking as these items can be oversized as well as heavy; we call this "Ugly Freight". It would be amazing if we had a system which would automatically push URL tracking links to customers however not all the time are we able to supply live tracking due to the respective/suitable carrier not providing it with their service.
In retrospect we do always welcome our customers to reach out to us so our team can chase up the whereabouts of the shipment and make sure it arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately this shipment was caught in the MELB->WA delay which was affected by multiple floods and weather delays which eventually reached you!

I gave you 1 star simply because i did send an email to you explaining what horrible delivery service you have with courier please. I paid for delivery and i had to chase it all the way . The courier never rang or called . Not only were they competent they were suppose to receive a signature form the customer (ME ) and they delivered it to the wrong address and let a stranger sign off on it. It was only that the lady called my mobile and she was honest that i had to call the courier and let them know what they did. I told staff that my husband was home could they leave it with as all they had to do is press the unit number me and they said No we need YOUR signature as security that we have given it to the correct customer on the receipt ??? Never did i hear from Nirvanatech regarding this issue.So i had to end up going to another suburb to pick up my order at a newsagency..shocking..

We thank you for having a chat to us after the situation, to elucidate; we can confirm we were completely unaware of this situation, upon digging through our emails, spam folders and instant messaging services we were left clueless as to where you attempted to contact us, we did agree that there was no attempt to contact us.
We apologise deeply for the inconvenience which the courier service provided to you, please understand that this is not a reflection of Nirvana, in the event there is any sort of issues with shipping; we promise to look into it as soon as possible (generally within the first business hour of contacting us) and get it sorted, courier services may not always be the best to deal with however we make sure to take every measure possible to locate/replace the missing parcel.
We prioritise getting parcels out to our customers in a timely manner and ensure it arrives, we are always happy to chase shipments up for our customers; however due to the sheer volume of parcels which we ship, it is unrealistic for us to keep a tab on every parcel and we therefore rely on our customers letting us know.

It's the little things.....That make them a big thing
Nirvana Fitness are a great company to work with, they have an easy to use website, they have great communication regarding orders, and have a very fast delivery service. I would recommend them to anyone in the fitness industry

Great service
Nirvana Fitness was very easy to deal with. Great products exactly as described and the quality is strong with the commercial grade feel. Trey in the customer service team was also very helpful with his knowledge and help with shipping. I would definitely be purchasing again from Nirvana Fitness.

It was great delivery but I couldn’t track my package so I was anxious about what happens to my package but it got to the destination on time.

Ordered a 2.5kg thing of Prana on…
Ordered a 2.5kg thing of Prana on protein at a much better price then even Prana on themselves.
It was delivered within a day with no hassle.
I will keep purchasing from these guys for sure!
