Nissangenuine customer service

Very helpful staff when I rang up with a quiry. The item I wanted was not on the shelf but was obtained within five days. Delivery via UPS was well informed so I knew when it was about to be delivered.

Didn't received the item

I bought this item in 19.12.2022. Today is 09.01.2023 and i didn´t received the item that i purchased almost one month ago. Terrible service. Do not repeat this seller, never!

Sorry for the delay, the part was slow to arrive from Nissan.

Genuine!

They were able to find and deliver the part. They contacted me on email and explained the entire process and justified the tardiness. Overall a great experience and I'll repeat.

I can only recommend they improve the packaging a little more. The box was quite beat and something smaller or more fragile could have suffered damages.

Easy ordering

Easy ordering, good communication, shipping slow but hey,
Correct products sent,
Their site contained products that weren't available which was annoying but was refunded quickly
Would use again if priced are competitive

Sorry that the part was no longer available. Nissan occasionally replace a part number with an alternative, and where that happens, we offer it to the customer to decide if they would like to proceed.
