The web site is cluttered.

Good solid products keep a clean front

I found the pillow uncomfortable so returned it, at my expense ($25), 3 months ago. Despite proof that the company received it back in December, and follow up in which customer service said my refund would be issued in early January, and again in March, I have not received my refund.
I have to believe this company is a scam.

I cancelled my order within a very short timeframe and received a confirmation email promptly. However, the refund has not been processed to this day.

Since Nitetronic failed to respond to my follow-up inquiries, I was forced to open a case with PayPal. This process is entirely unacceptable and severely disappoints customers. I strongly advise against purchasing until these procedures are improved.

I purchased the Z6 model after reading several reviews. The Android app was easy to set up; however, when I tested both the demo mode and the massage function, there was no movement from the device. I contacted Nitetronic support, and they were responsive and asked me to test the product overnight.

After doing so, there was still no response from the pillow, although the app appeared to record sleep data. I initially thought of replacement, but they said they wouldn't cover the shipment cost because the app shows data, At that point, I decided to return the device.

Initially, I intended to rate the product 4 out of 5 despite the malfunction, based on the responsiveness of customer support. However, I was informed that return shipping would not be covered because the app showed recorded data. This led me to revise my rating to 3 out of 5. The refund process then took nearly a month to complete, which further reduced my rating to 2 out of 5.

While customer support was consistently responsive to my emails, the number of follow-ups required was excessive, and the overall process took much longer than it should have. Ultimately, I spent a significant amount of time and $42 on return shipping and was left without a working product. That's why people mainly order from big websites like Amazon.

Judging by the time of the day I received responses, their support team is outsourced from somewhere outside of the US, which was their only redeeming quality in the process. At least I wasn't ghosted. That's why I'm not rating 1 out 5.

The Nitetronic A1 pillow has literally changed our lives (for the better!).

My wife was forever moaning about the 'tractor' sounds I make snoring keeping her awake at night, and that has all changed. She says the complete reduction in loud snoring has enabled her (us both) to sleep all the way through the night, improving well-being and tempers! Snoring has not been removed completely of course (the pillow needs something to trigger it!), but it's at an acceptable level, never exceeding 40dB, which is apparently whispered conversation level and is not sufficient to disturb my wife. The pillow is obviously working hard to keep me under control.

I find the pillow soft and comfortable. With the additional foam layer it's exactly the right height for me. I am not disturbed at all by the movement it makes or the slight sounds of pillow inflation/deflation.

A few issues worthy of mention however...
#1: The first pillow died after a few days which gives me some concern over the longevity of the product. Full marks to Nitetronic however as customer service responded to enquiries over a weekend and promptly shipped another. It took a couple of weeks to arrive as we are in the UK, but it arrived safely being well packaged, and is still working perfectly after two weeks of use. Fingers crossed!

#2: I was concerned that the connector at the rear had been damaged internally due to pressure against our wooden headboard as the plug protrudes some way. I've fitted hard foam around the connector on our second pillow to prevent this, but after further investigation on the original pillow have concluded that this probably wasn't the issue after all. Might be worth doing anyway.

#3: It is not immune to actioning due to my wife's snoring (which is nowhere near as vicious as mine). I was laying awake one morning and experienced for the first time the pillow trying to reposition my head in response to her mild snoring. I'm not concerned about this, other than it makes me wonder how much of the recorded snoring activity on the app is me and how much my wife's! Apparently there is no sensitivity control on this model to reduce unwanted extraneous background noise (please note Nitetronic, this is needed).

The app has a lot of information, some of which is useful and some difficult to understand. Works though, if you remember to turn it on, which apparently is not essential as the pillow works without it.

Overall a great product which can be literally life changing. At well over £200 it's not cheap, but in my opinion it's worth every penny. Now, do I get the wife one?!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, took my money, no order update, no shipment happened, and they don't reply to thier emails.

Advice: Avoid them.

Very thoughtful design, the memory foam is so cozy, and I sleep soundly.

Reviewed by my wife: I absolutely love this pillow. I finally found one that actually does work for neck pain. The fact that you can inflate and deflate it to suit your needs is the best thing about it. It has a built in pump that inflates it very well and then you just squeeze the buttons on the side and it deflates slowly. The design is well done. It fits your neck very well and is very comfortable. It comes with a silky cover that can be removed for washing. I put a regular pillowcase over it and just pin the ends down so it fits the pillow nicely so I have not had a need to wash the cover yet so I cannot comment on how well it washes up. I do wish it was more the size of a regular pillow but that is just a minor thing. This pillow is well made and it has helped me in all sleep positions but mainly when I lay on my back. When I ordered this the one with mugwort was not an option so I cannot speak for that aspect of it. I do feel that since I have been using this pillow my sleep quality has improved. I don’t think I will be going back to a regular pillow again. The price is a bit high but for the relief that this provides it is worth it. I would highly recommend it.

Since I started using the Z6, my snoring has gone down a lot. Wakes up feeling great!

Horrible experience. First I am sent a pillow that is completely dead and untested. The machine powered on, but the air bags wont inflate. The company wasted my time having me go through many hoops like removing the cover, repositioning, putting it in demo mode, massage mode etc to no avail of it ever working. They then had me record 1 minute videos of every scenario to prove it was defective. After asking for a return label, they then refused to send one and said I would have to pay to return the pillow. Very unprofessional in my book. Why am I paying to send back your broken product? Then when I called the company to verify they recieved my pillow back for the refund, the man Marcelo on the service line LIES and tells me the refund is on the way, but could take up to 10 business days to come back to my card. Well, turns out they never even recieved my pillow, as it was lost in shipment. I then emailed and called to ask why I was lied to and didnt anything other than "sometimes we make errors" There was 0 apologizing to me. I have since filed a claim with FedEx for reimbursement of this over priced Chinese junk. Yea the app is in broken English with Chinese. The whole company is an absolute joke. They removed my review from their web site. Its funny that the reviews here are the real truth. The company is a fraud. Do not purchase the z6 pillow unless you want to waste your time, money and sanity.

This pillow has been a game-changer for my snoring issue! I've noticed a significant reduction in snoring, and the smart features are really impressive. It's comfortable to sleep on too. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with snoring problems.

The pillow is really comfy, and the adjustable features make it perfect for me.

Pillow is awesome, I have had awesome restful sleeps. One drawback is it has to be connected with WiFi. So when traveling, it becomes a setback.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but it’s surprisingly cozy, and I breathe so much easier.
