They will not let me withdraw! Keep delaying canceling! THIS SITE IS SHIT

I remember a while back,I forgot the password to my account so I just made a new one, and everything was just fine. I then deposited and continued playing and everything was good until I tried withdrawing the money. All of the sudden, my account is banned for breaking the rules by having multiple accounts? Needless to say, customer support did absolutely nothing and I imagine the bitcoin I put in there has already been withdrawn from one of the employees.

Was really good but now not paying anyone, been using for over 6 months and whilst there's always been strange withdrawal limits in place (like 200mbtc a month). They would still process the withdraws within 24hrs.

Now after two 14 day waits for withdraws, my recent withdraw has been pending for a month. There is hundreds of other people across various sites also complaining about payout, so they probably have some big cashflow issues.

It appears nitro had a change of management in August and since then have lost any integrity the previous management had when it comes to paying players. I am now on day 13 of waiting for a payment of 20MBTC.

I am updating my review of Nitrobetting.eu (previously Nitrogen Sports) to warn others and hopefully get my issue resolved.

I have been a loyal player for over 7 years, but on 18 December 2024, I requested a Bitcoin withdrawal that has still not arrived as of 8 June 2025 — nearly six months later.

The withdrawal is stuck with status "In Review", but:

I have never been contacted by their security team.

I have reached out to support multiple times — always the same vague reply: "we're working on it", with no clear timeline.

The last reply I received from customer support explained that I have two pending withdrawal requests, and as per their policy, only one withdrawal can be processed at a time. They said they flagged my case again to the processing team for update or to expedite, but the process remains painfully slow.

I was also reminded that the processing department does not operate on weekends, which might cause some delay.

This is deeply concerning. While I’m still hoping they will do the right thing and process my withdrawal, I cannot recommend this site anymore.

At this point, I feel obligated to warn other players:

Nitrobetting is using a bait-and-switch tactic. They sent an email promoting a 750% bonus to entice players to deposit, but after we made the deposit, they claimed the bonus was no longer available. They lured us in and then turned us away. Don't trust these crooks

It's weird that there are a burst of recent 5 star reviews from people with few reviews, many with poor English skills, no? At a time when the book is eliciting deposits with absurdly high bonuses and then making it impossible to withdraw?

I really like reduced lines on NBA and NHL. Getting -105 is as solid as it gets, and I'm able to withdraw quickly and deposit even quicker. So far so good.

Only (tiny) caveat is the Live Betting section that feels a little outdated. If this is changed/upgraded, I'd give nitro 6/5!

I have technically used Nitro Sports for probably 8 years, but probably 2 or 3 years ago they changed names and layouts to Nitrobetting. I must say that despite it being anonymous and offshore, I've never once had a problem with Nitro. Granted, I'm a losing player, but the few large withdraws I have made have always been granted. They recently changed website layouts, and while I preferred the old one, the new one is good too, I just needed to get used to it. They have also gone completely new with the live betting aspect, I guess borrowing from other software. It's good and offers a bunch of sports. I recommend only using it during stoppages of play, halftime, whistles etc, as it takes maybe 10-20 seconds for a bet to register which can drastically change the odds. They have decent promotions running and have a cashback option if you lose regularly. I made a pretty insane run recently and submitted a withdraw for nearly 6k, so I'm praying that it goes smoothly. If it doesn't I'll come and change my review, but as things stands I'm thrilled with Nitro and wouldn't ever use a different sportsbook.

The Sportsbook is fine but the casino, slots, live dealer, and house blackjack games are so bad that they can legally be defined as a scam, rather than a house edge.
