Hi. I am thankful that I found this agency when I was looking to start e-commerce business. I didn't know anything about this business when I started. They guided me very well and gave the support I needed whenever asked. My growth manager Mr. Yousuf has been very helpful for me in guiding me through supplier communication. He is helpful in many ways but for me supplier communication was confusing and he helped me navigate through it. I would also like to mention Mrs. Nadhiya. She guided me from launching my account to shipment creation. She is one of the kindest, knowledgeable, reliable, ready to help whenever needed kind of person. Whenever you need her, you place a call and she will be like, "hey, I have been waiting for your call. Tell me what's the issue." And the issue will be resolved in no time. I would also like to thank Mrs. Saraswathi, Mrs. Subhashini, Mr. Ganesh in guiding me through weekly meetings. The overall support is good.

The only thing I feel is, the training materials could be more organised. Everything is covered, but not organised properly. It can be improved. Other than that, it is good. Thank you Newgenmax.

Throughout the entire process, Nathiya has been the primary person I interacted with, and her support has been exceptional. She has excellent knowledge of the Amazon launch process and consistently provides quick and accurate guidance to resolve any issues. She is highly supportive, proactive, and always puts in her best effort to find solutions for every problem. Nivetha, I must acknowledge that your training materials, communication, speech, and presentation skills are excellent. However, after completing the training, I realized that the "E-Crushing Mantra" methods taught through the recorded videos are largely impractical and extremely difficult to implement in 2026. The content appears to be outdated, and the strategies demonstrated no longer reflect current market realities.
This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The training was presented as a practical and effective system, but the actual implementation challenges and limitations were never clearly disclosed. Even more concerning is the complete lack of meaningful support after the training. Despite raising my concerns, I have not received any satisfactory guidance, and there are no qualified experts available to address the issues faced by participants.
Nivetha, why did you block me from sharing my review in your Facebook page? Customers have every right to provide honest feedback about their experience. Blocking reviews instead of addressing legitimate concerns raises serious questions about transparency and accountability.
Businesses should be judged not by presentations and promises alone, but by the real value they deliver and the support they provide to their customers. I believe prospective customers deserve complete and accurate information before making any investment decision.

Training Support:

I strongly feel that the primary objective of your organization is to collect money from the public. I have no objection to any business making a profit, but it should not be done in this manner.

After collecting the training fees, I have received virtually no meaningful support from your team. The only responses I consistently receive are, "Do it again and again" and "This is your business; you have to keep trying until you find the right product and supplier."

Such generic responses do not constitute professional training or mentoring. This is certainly not the level of guidance, support, and accountability I expected from a reputed company like Newgenmax.

In conclusion, my advice is to anyone who considering this course is: Please think twice or even three times before investing your money. Their communication is very convincing until payment is made, but the support afterward is Extremely disappointing.

It's a fantastic experience with the whole team. Starting from product selection till the launch, the entire team members were very supportive.There is a special one on one session for launching the product, uploading Aplus content with Nadhiya mam is quite appreciable. The support of the growth manager (Yusuf sir) for running and optimising the ads are key features of the academy.Apart from that there are excellent live sessions for clearing our doubts even if it's supplier related or launch related or applying for GST and Trademark is to be mentioned specifically which is not at all provided in any other academy as far as I know.
