This address 66 W Broadway, New York, New York 10007 is on their website but it doesn’t show their shop but rather a cafe !!!!!!! Scammer!!!!

I ordered an item that had been discontinued by the manufacturer but was claimed to be in stock at Buy Direct . The order was significantly delayed and when I finally received it, the wrong item was sent. I ordered it through Target.com website and will return it there for a refund. I think this is a Ponzi scheme of sorts. Items are charged for on credit cards and then either delayed or switched to something different. Meanwhile the customers money is being used by the seller. DON NOT PURCHASE HERE!!!

Looking for products and unfortunately the price is half of the original price and likely spam or they will send a fake object.

What didn’t go wrong? I ordered a Panasonic 7,000 lumen projector from this vendor, paying an extra $144 for 2-day shipping. Chose them after exhaustive internet searching for the lowest price I could find (big mistake!). Two days later, I emailed and then called to let them know I did not receive my package and that the tracking number suggested that it had not yet been received by FedEx. The customer service person appeared helpful and offered to ship out a 5,000 lumen projector that we could use until they had my original order ready to ship. Of course they charged me the price for the 7K lumen projector when they shipped the smaller model.

Long story short, after several months (July 2024 to December 2024) and many calls and promises to ship the product I ordered, I finally had enough and let them know I would be retuning the item they sent me and purchasing the projector I intended to buy from a more reputable company. It was no longer reasonable to expect my patience. They sent me a return label and appeared understanding. After shipping back their product and waiting two weeks, I called to inquire about the status of my refund (over $3,300). The customer service person stated that it would take up to two additional weeks to process. I have been waiting over two months for my money back and have formally filed a complaint with the State of New York against this business. I fear I will have to escalate legally if the state can’t help me successfully get my money back.

Please beware! Use this company at your own risk, the “savings” they promise will not be worth it!

I purchased a DJI drone that said “NEW” on the add and was priced for $899. I payed an additional $24 for expedited FedEx shipping. 3 weeks later I recieved the package (by UPS ground not FedEx) to find not only was it a USED item (not in original packaging) but it was also a completely different item than what I purchased. I called customer service as soon as I made the discovery. I was told that they made a mistake and sent the wrong item. Ok…shit happens right. Then I was told they made a mistake on the price of the original item I purchased and that it would cost me $1100 to get the item I wanted and would take an additional 3-4 weeks to receive. I was also told the item I would get would be a USED item not the NEW item I had purchased. They did offer to discount the drone I received if I was willing to keep it instead of the one I wanted and ordered…um NO! (I have photo and written proof of all of this)
I ended up returning the item and canceling my purchase. I decided to spend my $1100 with a reliable company for a NEW item that will be what I wanted and ordered. I will say the man on the phone was nice but everything he said had SCAM written all over. I pray I get my money back in a timely manner. If not it’s definitely going to be a report to the BBB!
If you don’t want to wait weeks for what you hope to be the item you ordered then I would suggest you avoid this company.

I give this company five stars for quick delivery annd the item is exactly what I order and got it for an amazing price! It’s brand new.

Everything turned out (almost) great w/ my purchase. Sony a6700 + 18-135mm. + 2 batteries + 128 GB SD Card + charger. They forgot to ship the charger but I reached out to customer service through WhatsApp and ended up getting it shipped a couple of weeks later.

I ordered a camera battery on September 19, 2024. I received an email the next day saying it was shipped. Ultimately on October 1, 2024 I tracked the order to see the USPS label had been created on September 20, 2024 but USPS was still waiting to receive the package from the shipper. Long story short, the item was never shipped until October 6, 2024 which is when we left the country for a 17-day tour of Germany for which we had ordered this item. I had a few online exchanges with the company prior to leaving but to no avail. This order was a third party who used the Walmart website to fulfill the order. Despite Walmart not being directly involved AND not being able to take my return due to a battery being a hazardous material, they still gave me my money back. I will ALWAYS verify that any future Walmart orders are being fulfilled by Walmart and shipped by Walmart. I have never had an issue with Walmart in the past. This third party makes them look bad. This company sucks.

If you cannot find any globally why are you still selling them? Seems like you're trying to rip people off to me. And now they're charging a $1000 more. For cameras they cannot even get so please beware. I suggest don't buy from this company.
