I ordered a charger from NlladerStore, and they sent me the wrong one. I returned the item, paying €10 for the return shipping myself, but I have never received a refund or the correct charger.

I’ve reached out to their customer service countless times, but they’ve been completely unresponsive. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise against purchasing from this store.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away!

Door de andere reviews was ik een beetje beducht voor een goede afloop, maar mijn bestelde laders voor een aantal laptops werden allemaal netjes geleverd, met de juiste netsnoeren e.d. Het wordt vanuit China verzonden, dus reken op een kleine 2 weken levertijd, maar via track-and-trace was het goed te volgen. Je kunt niet sneller verwachten voor zo'n scherpe prijs

Summary: I received what I ordered and it was technically delivered within 5 days, but it was not a great overall experience. No tracking/updates/emails are given about the delivery, so you have no idea what's happening with it. I was not home at the time of delivery, PostNL left the package with my neighbor but then my neighbor didn't make contact (assuming I would see on PostNL they had retreived it). Ask for the PostNL tracking number if they don't provide it. Trustpilot doesn't allow emails. Scroll to the bottom of the nl-lader.store home page, click contact us, and use the email they provide to contact directly. Otherwise, technically, they delivered what I ordered in a reasonable amount of time coming from China. Just need to provide better tracking information.

The company, located in Shenzhen, China, does not do well to make you feel like they are not a fake or scam shop. The name of the website is already misleading. I made my order on March 11, 2024. The only email I received after purchasing was for the invoice and the reference number, which only tracks whether the payment was accepted on their end. There was no information about tracking on the invoice except an empty entry next to "PostNL" hinting they are using PostNL to deliver. I received no emails/information from PostNL or nl-lader.store about updates on the delivery or a tracking number, which is very uncommon these days. I found this website (trustpilot) and read reviews and became concerned it was fake. Finally March 23, 2024 (12 days after purchase) I decided to try to contact someone. I tried to contact them about my package via their website, which has no auto-reply to your email saying they got your message, which also felt like a red-flag. They never responded.

They also provide an email to contact directly which I doubted would work, but was desperate. They responded surprisingly quickly, within 5 minutes, and seemed to be a human. They sent a screenshot of the PostNL delivery and said it was already delivered and to check with my local post office. Between there being nothing specific in the screen shot about my order, the message coming so quickly, and being already partially convinced I was being scammed, I assumed they were just trying to dismiss my email. We went back and forth for a day or two explaining without a tracking number I have no way to find my package. I eventually asked them to provide the PostNL tracking number, which another day later, they did. To my surprise it worked on the PostNL website which showed that my neighbor had accepted the package 5 days after I ordered it.

Het bestelde product, een accu oplader voor de laptop, is perfect! Het ging om een oud model dus ik hoopte dat de nieuwe oplader zou passen. En hij doet het prima!
En als extraatje kreeg ik er een cadeautje bij. Een telefoonsnoertje met drie verschillende uitgangen, precies voor de modellen die wij hier thuis hebben.
NL Lader, ik ben zeer tevreden. Bedankt!

Een zeer dubieuze webshop. Had een aankoop gedaan en betaald en geen bevestiging gehad. Ik heb de zelfde dag een mail ontvangen van PayPal dat de betaling niet gelukt is en dat ik gelukkig mijn geld terug krijg. Je kunt ook geen contact opnemen met deze webshop geen telefoon en mail.

Dit verdient niet eens 1 ster!
In juni een lader besteld. Duurde naar mijn mening te lang voordat het bezorgd zou worden, ik kon ook niks zien over een bezorgstatus.
Gemaild na anderhalve/ 2 maanden dat ik nog niks had en ik mijn geld terug wilde.
Reactie gehad dat mijn geld terug gestort zou worden.
Na 2 weken nog niks op mijn rekening gezien.
Weer gemaild, toen was het mailadres ineens niet meer in gebruik..!

KOOP HIER NIKS!

Ik heb de verkeerde lader ontvangen. Hierover heb ik gemaild. Ik kreeg antwoord dat ik foto’s moest sturen en sindsdien geen antwoord meer (en geen geld terug)!

Niks binnen gekregen, meerdere mails gestuurd, 0 reacties. 50 euro weg. Oplichters

Geen nederlands bedrijf, levering duurt erg lang. Hebben mij het verkeerde artikel verzonden en men reageert 1 keer op de mail maar daarna reageert men niet meer. Kortom: geen service, verkeerd product verzonden..
