I ordered a perfume from Bazta because the price was very competitive, and in the end I received an original product. The perfume arrived safely, and I am very happy with it.

However, there were several issues with the overall experience. The website advertised 2–3 working days delivery, but my order was only delivered on the 6th working day. During most of that time, the tracking only showed "Parcel is registered", which made it look as if the parcel had not even been handed over to the carrier.

Another confusing point was the shipping. During checkout, I selected DPD to a pickup point, but the parcel was eventually delivered to my home address by PostNord. In the end, home delivery was actually more convenient, so I have no complaints about that. However, this change was never communicated or explained.

I contacted customer support asking why the parcel had not been dispatched yet (3rd working day) and why the shipping method had changed. They replied within 24 hours (on the 4th day), which I appreciate, but unfortunately they did not answer any of my questions. They only sent me the tracking link that I already had, so the response was not very helpful.

Finally, be aware of the membership subscription offered during checkout. I noticed it and cancelled it immediately, but it would be very easy for someone to overlook it and end up paying a monthly fee unintentionally.

Overall, I received the correct product at a great price, which is why I am giving 4/5 stars. With more accurate delivery estimates, better communication, and clearer checkout information, this would easily have been a 5-star experience.

Fast delivery but package should be more secure. Luckily nothing was damaged. Products are genuine.

they made you pay for a subscription you never applied for and then never respond to your emails. very disloyal company and poor communication or literally none existence.

Misleiding en dwaling eerste klas. En in dit geval als je niet op tijd reageert is goedkoop duurkoop.

Als je een vinkje zet bij dat je akkoord gaat met de algemene voorwaarden dan zit daarin verstopt dat je automatisch lid wordt voor €14,95 per maand dat automatisch afgetrokken wordt van de rekening waarmee je bestelling hebt gedaan.

Een argelose consument wordt daarmee gestrikt voor een abonnement en wat je terug krijgt voor dat abonnement dat is dat je bestellingen kan doen tegen de prijzen die op internet vermeld worden.

Een gewaarschuwd persoon telt voor twee. Doe je voordeel ermee.

It took a relatively longtime for the order to arrive (ordedate 27 July arrival 5 aug) parly outside their control, arrived in Holland 3 aug.
Paying was a bit complicated with the extra control.

Terrible experience! Delayed delivery of the goods. As I write this, it's been 7 days since the advance payment was made, and the courier hasn't arrived yet.
They trick you into signing up for a subscription when you authorize your personal information to pay for the goods, which you then have to cancel later by sending an email.

I order my parfum on 26/07. They wrote in the website that it will take 3 working days. Until 3/08 Did not receive it yet.

Scammers!!! These guys have included a hidden clause in their checkout page where they will charge you 14.95 eur for a membership you did not want. The customer is expected to the then login to the account and cancel this membership.
This is just a cheap trick to make money out of naive customers. I don't understand how this is permitted in the Netherlands

'Voordelig' kopen via Bazta lijkt allemaal leuk, alleen blijk je na één bestelling wel aan een maandelijks abonnement vast te zitten (Bazta blijkt een zgn. 'ledenplatform').

Dat zou geen probleem zijn, mits dat bij die eerste bestelling ook overduidelijk is.

En dat is niet het geval, dus wat mij betreft is dit géén eerlijke handel...

Oplichters, flesje nagellak gekocht van iets meer dan €4, en nu ineens wordt er €14,95 afgeschreven.
In tegenstelling dat men in de later ontvangen orderbevestiging schrijven dat abonnement automatisch bij bestelling aan je winkelwagen wordt toegevoegd is niet waar.
Dit wordt pas gemeld nadat bestelling is geplaatst en betaald.
Beter vooraf checken, niet mee in zee gaan.
