I placed an order and never received the item, even though the tracking marked it as delivered. The signature was not mine. DHL confirmed that the investigation result was sent to the seller, but I received no information or assistance in return. The seller stopped responding to my messages completely. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this site due to lack of accountability and customer service.

It works, I ordered 3 times so far. Strange store though, items are out of stock after you order, sometimes you need to talk to a guy on WhatsApp, etc. But I always got my order.

Ordered 50 vapes from them, my vapes got retained on customs and the sent me another 50 vapes for free for the incoveniences. Amazing customer service

Snel geleverd, het duurde 6 dagen voordat ze binnenkwamen. Als je twijfelt zou ik toch hier bestellen.

Besteld en betaald maar zie dat je niks foutiefs in de omschrijving zet van de banknaam of je hebt problemen. Althans was dit hun uitleg 🤨 uiteindelijk het geld teruggestort gekregen -€10 kost. Ik bestel er zeker geen 2de keer meer.

Al meer dan een maand aan het wachten. Verkoper reageert wel, maar geeft iedere keer smoesjes dat het langer en langer duurt. Daarna zeer onprettige communicatie met de beste man.

Krijg je hier ook douane kosten en invoerkosten erbij?
