Norwich New Build Snagging レビュー

We recently had Rom visit our new build home. We could not fault the experience - Rom was extremely helpful, informative and professional, providing us with a clear report and walk round to ensure we fully understood all the snags. Rom's attention to detail and friendly, approachable demeanor were particularly impressive. We will be recommending Rom to anybody we know with a new build home in the future. Thank you Rom.

We had the lovely Rom come to our new home to complete a 4 bedroom inspection. From the beginning he was friendly, explained the process clearly, and was keen to crack on with the inspection for us. He was incredibly thorough, no question was too much, he kept us informed of any bigger issues throughout the day and even sought on site tradespeople to sort issues at the time! Rom gave a personal walk around at the end of the inspection, provided with a full and comprehensive explanation, expectations, next steps, and support on how to approach the developers with the snag list. The list itself was sent over the same day, was incredibly detailed and the whole process was super easy for us. Would 100% recommend this company and Rom - thank you for taking the time and care to inspect our new home so thoroughly!

Rom carried out a snagging inspection of our 4 bedroom new build, and I can safely say it was the wisest choice we made during the whole home buying process. The inspection was so thorough and identified areas we would never have known to check. It gave us all the details we needed to take back to the developer to have resolved. We would recommend Norwich New Build Snagging to anyone purchasing a new build home. Thanks again Rom for providing such a sterling service.

Got Rom around to snag a 3 bedroom new build and probably one of the best decisions that I have made in the process. A truly professional service from start to finish, found faults that I would never have noticed, he viewed the roof using a drome and noticed a missing tile, the final report was very clear, highlighting all of the snagging issues found, this has been forwarded to the developer to carry out the work required.
I would like to thank Norwich New Build Snagging for the service that was supplied.

Having diligently searched online for the most suitable surveyor to undertake the snagging report for our new build, NNBS were at the top of the list! Rom was fantastic throughout, extremely informative and helpful. The report was very detailed, even the most tiny imperfections were noted. The assistance/guidance for portraying the information to the developer was also really tactful and most certainly appreciated. Thanks again Rom, I will certainly recommend to any friends, family or colleagues who are purchasing a new home.

100% satisfied with the service from Norwich New build Snagging. The snagging report was very thorough and detailed, and they also took the time to give helpful instructions and advice on how to take care of the home, not just the report itself. Communication was excellent throughout—professional, clear, and friendly. Highly recommend Norwich new build Snagging to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality service.

Rom visited our new build home and did a complete inspection. He answered all our queries of which there were many. Thorough in every aspect and Professional taking care as he inspected. Photos and explanations in report.Highly recommend.

Rom carried out a thorough inspection of my new home (both inside and out) and produced a very detailed report of any issues found. The report also has photos of the issues so that I can easily identify them when talking to the site team. Rom was very knowledgeable and I would never have spotted some of the issues he picked up on. I would highly recommend Norwich New Build Snagging.

Rom is excellent.
He really does a very detailed snagging and notes everything down. He even advises how to deal with the builders regarding the snagging issues. He gave us the report of snagging the same day. I would recommend Rom’s snagging service to everyone I know. Great Job Rom.

Fabulous, thorough, professional Snagging Survey completed by Rom... 100% trustworthy, and extremely helpful, offering excellent advise... Thoroughly recommend his services!

I heard about Rom via word of mouth from my mum and other neighbours on my new build development. I was impressed with how thorough he was spending several hours snagging my property inside and out before talking me through his findings. A detailed report with photographs was emailed and texted to me within a couple of hours. I am so grateful for the reassurance this has given me and would highly recommend Rom to anyone with a new build property.

Rom thoroughly inspected our house inside and out and produced a detailed report showing the issues he found, supported by pictures so that we can have a good conversation with our builder about remedies. He uses specialist equipment and is very knowledgeable and found things we would never have seen. He is pleasant to have around the house too. Highly recommended.

Rom was fantastic and extremely thorough. Highly recommended for any new build.

If you're looking for a professional and reliable snagger, I highly recommend Rom. He is both friendly and professional. He inspected my house last year, and not only did he provide a detailed report, but he also predicted how the developer would likely handle my case, which was extremely valuable. I’ve had good service before, but I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review to ensure my impression was accurate. I’ve had experiences where initial positive feelings faded over time, but after several months, I can confidently say that Rom provided excellent service, valuable advice, and accurate predictions. He is definitely worth 5 stars.

This was our second time buying a new build home so we knew how important getting the snagging done professionally would be. We are so pleased that we asked Rom to do this for us. He was professional, knowledgable and thorough. He spent all day looking every inch of our house and at the end he gave us a detailed walkthrough and written report. His help has been invaluable and given us such peace of mind. Thank Rom.

Rom was very helpful, polite, professional, knowledgeable and informative.
We are yet to have feedback from the builder but using the advice supplied we expect a result.

Fantastic and professional service from the booking through to getting the report immediately after the survey. Rom was professional, friendly, thorough and exceptionably knowledgeable. We would and have recommended and would definitely use again.

Rom was really great!

Found lots of issues I missed, explained all the issues in detail with the potential issues each could cause over time.

Really appreciate how well layed out the report is and his advice on how to raise the issues with the developers is great.

Excellent service. Purchasing my first ever new build house I was looking at options of snagging inspections online. My first enquiry on the Norwich New Build Snagging lead to a helpful and prompt response. I then booked an appointment for a post completion check. Rom communicated ahead of the appointment. He arrived promptly and then throughly inspected my new home. He continued working despite several other people visiting for a variety of reasons. At the end he took me through the issues found in a helpful and constructive way. Within hours I received a comprehensive report. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Norwich New Build Snagging Service for my new home, and I can’t express enough how impressed and grateful I am for their top-notch service. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction were evident.

The snagger, Rom, went above and beyond, meticulously inspecting every corner of the house and providing a comprehensive, clear report that highlighted even the most subtle issues I would have overlooked. His expertise not only reassured me but also equipped me with the knowledge I needed to confidently engage with my builder.

What stood out the most was Rom's friendly and supportive approach. He explained his findings with patience and clarity, making sure I understood every aspect of the report. This level of care is rare and truly appreciated.
