N&N know Richmond intimately and are easy to work with. They provided straight forward guidance and an excellent rate. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Nikki and Nina were exceptional throughout the sale of my late father’s house in East Twickenham. As I was handling a probate sale, certainty and risk management were as important to me as achieving a good price – and N&N understood this immediately. They focused on serious, financially credible buyers who were genuinely able to proceed – which greatly reduced stress throughout the transaction.
N&N’s local knowledge, communication and hands-on involvement are outstanding. They are every bit as sophisticated and strategic as the ‘big’ local estate agents, but they combine this with the responsiveness and personal involvement only a boutique business can offer. I’d go as far as to say that interacting with them was a delight – because it was! I recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service...I highly recommend N&N !! Nikki and Nina went over and above with the sale of my house in Richmond. For example I had a first potential buyer pull out close to exchange, a difficult tenant who was not supportive of the house sale and a health issue that prevented me doing some things to the house on completion date... However N&N worked out solutions for these obstacles and made it seamless for me. The communication was superb all the way through, proactive and responsive....I am a very happy vendor. I would highly recommend N&N to anybody in the area...a huge difference from the high street other brands that I had tried...thank you very much..

Their marketing is fresh, honest and informative and communication prompt whether by phone or email.
As executors not living locally we were selling a Grade II listed cottage in Richmond and N&N were the central pivot in overseeing all the viewings and coordinating everything with us, the tenant and prospective buyers as well as introducing the buyer who was not from the area to local surveyors and architects who had a good knowledge of listed buildings.
I would have no hesitation to recommending N&N Richmond to sellers and buyers.

We can’t praise N&N enough. From the photos, which showed off the house beautifully, the care to only send genuine purchasers and the smooth completion, they performed much better than the larger estate agents could. A boutique service and personalised approach - at a lower cost too.

We recently purchased our first home. Since we had no prior experience with buying a property, we decided to hire a buying agent. After reading many excellent reviews, we chose to work with N&N.

To be honest, I was initially skeptical about trusting reviews like these, but N&N turned out to be exactly as reliable as everyone had described. I am not fluent in English, yet they provided incredibly personalized support and were very attentive. They patiently answered all of my many questions and were impressively quick to respond, which helped resolve my worries almost immediately.

As we were nearing the exchange, a family member fell ill, and I was on the verge of giving up on the purchase. I couldn’t leave the house due to caregiving responsibilities, but Nikki personally came to our home to collect the documents, signed as a witness, and delivered everything to the solicitor. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to successfully complete the purchase. I truly cannot thank her enough.

In the future, if we decide to sell this flat and purchase another property, I will undoubtedly work with N&N again.
