Poor quality products and poor customer service. I received 4 different emails from them with different offers to convince me to keep the product. Followed up by an attempt to deter me from sending it back because “ Our central warehouse is located near our fabric supplier“. The clothes I ordered do not match the pictures. There are companies that are happy to stand by returns.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1…clothes fit like bags, very poor quality & they’re advertised at crazy high prices with massive discounts that make you think you’re getting a deal! The website made it look like they were ‘Canadian’ brand but nowhere did it reveal that the clothes were coming from Asia…never would have purchased if I knew that! They’re saying I can’t return to the address on the pkg but they don’t have a company address so you can only contact by email…I got scammed!

Thats is such an amazing idea. I just got my order yesterday, and it is awesome. Super nice quality, everything looking gorgeous and was packed super safe. Im more than happy, don't have to spend time browsing shops to get all the things kitchen.
I highly recommend their kitchen boxes !

Do not purchase from Noa Home. We ordered a sofa and was told it would be delivered within the week. 10 days later, I enquired and was told it was on route to their depot. Another week later I was told they couldn't find the sofa. I asked for a refund and 17 days later I am still waiting. Terrible customer service

Easy to apply and everyone was very helpful. There was a little confusion but only from a title company they used, Noah was great.

The process was smooth and turn around was faster than expected. My representative very knowledgeable, if I had question she got back to me very quickly which I really appreciated.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The only problem was the week they shut down and did not inform me, but after that, they made up for the lost time and my loan was processed on quickly.

Initially I was denied due to my credit situation, but I was very close to the guideline so was eventually approved. I appreciate the professionalism Sang provided as well as the constant contact she kept with me.

Easy to get a hold of and quick to reply… the process was new to me, they slowly walked me through everything and seemed very trustworthy.

Speaking with my account manager, Raghni Evans, it has become clear that Noah no longer values or prioritizes transparency in its relationships with its customers. Despite a lot of slick marketing about how you are their "partner" in a "shared investment", in fact this is clearly not true at all. Instead, they actively work to refuse their customers essential information about their largest asset in the world, their home. Specifically, my account manager refused to tell me what the company's payout would be at later points in our shared investment and removed a prior dashboard that put this key info at your fingertips. I highly recommend you not do business with this company.

Sang was quick and responsive and gave me a daily update on where we were in the process. Excellent and professional service.

I was blown away by the efficiency and the follow through with the team I worked with. Communication was great! I highly recommend:)

Noah requires as much documentation as a HELOC or 2nd. mortgage lender.

Better off to simply apply for a HELOC and avoid giving a large amount to a shared equity lender like Noah.

Sang and the team at Noah were great on all levels and made my overall process quick, easy and straight forward.

A picture is not necessary for an equity agreement. This is not a loan. It is a shared equity agreement. Never needed a photo for an application in my life.

The process on their side was great but several of the companies they outsource just showed up at our home 2-3 times with no calls to schedule time they just showed up. We just happen to be home both times but the first it was awkward as we were in the midst of leaving and the lady lied to me about calling me, other than that their company was great with communication and the process.

When i heard about Noah I thought it was just a scum but what i know is that it's not a scam and it's a real one....

I gave my attorney the closing documents for review and he advised to avoid Noah...Then I reviewed Noah and a competitor's closing documents carefully...the closing docs were very similar...Noah gave me a higher appraisal and therefore a better investment amount...the CEO got involved and resolved an issue I had...the team communicated with me to my satisfaction...I chose to Noah...I only hope that when we have to conclude the option that the estimates and calculations compare with equity for both parties...

Noah is upfront and honest about everything I will use them in the future again
