Buyer beware! No response to return requests. Sent multiple emails and no response to anything. Upon my last email I got a bounce saying that their email address is no longer in service. The address they list for returns is some dingy house in California, not a company address or warehouse. Don’t buy from here!!

Company is a scam site. No products ever received and no way to contact the company. The emails provided return as undelivered and the contact us option on their website yield no responses.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN
I ordered something off their site december 5th, the only update ive received is that the label has been created. I sent an email regarding my order status only to be hit with an error that the email they provide for customer service is not in use. This has been the shittiest experience ever. DONT SUPPORT THIS SITE

Horrible company!!! I bought mens wide leg snow pants and they are so short they don't even make it to the top of my snow boots. The inner liner is sewn wrong and it's all scrunched up that the elastic is at my knee. I've requested a return two weeks ago and I still have not heard back from them they said the would email after reviewing my return request. Then I emailed them, no response either. Feel like there's no hope in getting a refund. They need to be shut down!

Ordered a snow jacket and pants. When they arrived they were way too big. Thought i could just return them. No, i’ve tried returning through the portal, i’ve tried getting in contact via the website. I’ve emailed the contact email. Nothing. They’re a SCAM. Do not purchase from this site!

Nobaday is magical I like her product, her clothes are so incredible and my snowboard is from this brand, she is the best and I love her name 😍

I originally purchased the black board 5.0, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Nobaday CS was very helpful and understanding, providing me with a selection of any board on their site as a replacement.

I bought two ski suits, but the size was a bit big for me, finally exchanged the right size, the color and design is great, I hope more snowsuits for men can be released this year.
