BEWARE !!!! I RECIEVED NOTHING, SENT 7 EMAILS, NO REPLY, NO ORDER SENT, OVER WEEKS AND WEEKS...THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE AND POS SKATER RUNNING THE BUSINESS. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, EVER !!! F U

Have made x2 separate orders and haven’t received either of them, tried to email them and have had no response at all. Don’t use this company!

Bought from them on Black Friday expecting goods to arrive well before Christmas. No dispatch notification for weeks. Chased up via email and then got a dispatch notification but Royal Mail status says they are waiting to receive from sender. No replies to emails. Avoid this company. There are much better skate shops out there who actually care about their customers.

Ordered 8/12. No contact other than royal mail expecting order for 2 weeks. Only after I chased them by email and instagram did the owner ‘Jamie’ insist I call him where he apologized but was ridiculously unprofessional and awkward. Called him back the next day as he requested, where he tells me a replacement order has been processed and hung up. No updated tracking, no further contact. Disgusting company, never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and careless. Luckily received money back through my bank but not really the point when you spend money for a particular item. Wish I could give them less than 1 star.

Finally got my delivery about 2 weeks later than It should of been ... after a few emails but no replies or apologies ... just happy it came before Xmas, so I'm updating it to 3 stars ... good product shame about their PR ... don't know if I will ever use them again

NoChaos & Scumskateboarding.com are owned by the same person. Both of these websites are a total scam!

If you want to pay for a product you’ll never receive, shop here. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and based on other reviews, their "disappearing act" is a common pattern.

Don't believe a word on their website. They lie about delivery times and have zero customer service. I’m now stuck without a Christmas present because of their total incompetence and lack of professional integrity.

Thank God for PayPal protection, otherwise, they would have just stolen my money. Avoid these sites at all costs. 0/10.

Ordered a board for a Christmas present 29th November with a guaranteed arrival of 5-10 working days, its the 19th December, no shipment, I've tried to reach out three times and no contact. Beyond terrible customer service, why advertise something they can't deliver.

Avoid this company like the plague, ordered some goods on the 28th of November and it's now the 16th of December, they said they dispatched my goods to Royal Mail on the 3rd of December yet the Royal Mail tracking app has now said 'Awaiting Goods from Merchant' for 2 weeks now.

Horrible, useless, waste of time scam company

I've used Scum Skateboards twice now. First time my order came in 2.5 weeks. I knew to expect this rough time frame from their advised 5-10 working day delivery duration. Strange, but it arrived no issue.

The second time I ordered from them on the 18th November and order turned up around the 22nd December, so approx 5 weeks. I was sending them emails for much of this time for a status update, of which I got told it would arrive in a week (it then took 2 more weeks to arrive).

I don't know why they run their business this way. You can't build a brand on the frustration of customers. Hire more staff to fulfil orders, it isn't difficult. It is actually a breach of the Consumer Rights Act to take longer than 30 days to fulfil an order unless stated beforehand, so it's not ideal.

With that said, I am enjoying my new rucksack, it is well designed and has various compartments. Is it worth the frustration of waiting 5 weeks for? I'm not sure.

Scam company. Did end up getting the number of the owner after they blocked my email address but he ended up blocking my phone number after promising my item would be delivered by the next week. Send me a Royal Mail tracking link that never updated so had no intention of sending my item. Won’t refund me as I have no way of contacting. Will be doing a chargeback with my back which I think his company gets fined for. So I suggest anyone who hasn’t received items do the same.

Absolutely disgusting company DO NOT USE. Multiple emails sent and no response and no order received but kept the money!

Im waiting my order nearly 2months.After many messages,What is just reply after 5-6 days.Still missing 1 T-shirt say comingh leater.Send message,nothing.I dont is coming,i just dont kill my self.Never use this company again.And if you want like easy dont do it

ordered over 2 months ago, emailed countless times, no order or any updates - they will fully ghost you. Lost £70 as a result of this, had to try reach my bank just to get it back.

They’re still sending promo emails to buy their products, which is just outrageous as they’re not even fulfilling any orders.

Ordered five weeks ago. No sign of parcel. No coms. No response to three emails. Just a tracking number that states Royal Mail are still yet to receive the package.
'Run by skaters for skaters' but couldn't seem to care less about skaters or their money.

Ordered a mystery box well over a month ago and have had no indication of dispatch, or response to my email querying where my order is.

I tried to give these guys another chance after a previous late order but I am already regretting doing so. As others here are saying, avoid like the plague!!

Don't know if its a scam, or its just incompetence, either way - just avoid.

Ordered items on the 30th September, and they still havent arrived.
