10 days have past, still haven't received order, emailed No Chaos 3 times. No response. This is my first order with No Chaos, and will be my last. If you want to chance it yourself for the sake of saving a couple of £'s then I wish you the very best of luck! 🙂

10 days and still no dispatch for items allegedly in stock. After the weekend I'll be contacting my bank for a refund.

Amazing products at really good prices and such nice people to deal with. Delivered promptly and on time. Really pleased with the service and would definitely order again.

I have ordered from No Chaos a couple of times always been great. My most recent order for some reason had the wrong address put in automatically. I call Jamie at No Chaos he sorted it out with no fuss at all.
Great service.

I had a perfect experience buying from this independent business. The clothes arrived within a few days, all were great quality and when I wanted to return something because it didn't fit me, they were really helpful and I received my refund promptly.

Thanks guys - will definitely be buying from here again.

Placed my order on a Sunday, then read the reviews on here and started to get worried. Recieved a despatch confirmation email on Monday and my order turned up on Wednesdy, Royal mail 48hr tracked. Everything was perfect. Would 100% use Nochaos again.

Avoid.

Ordered over 9 days ago, no dispatch email, sent 4 emails and none have had a reply.

Lesson learnt, read the reviews first and if the prices seem to good to be true, there must be a reason why and my days have I found out.

Terrible communication from someone called Jamie Wilson when asking about my order that took more than two weeks to arrive. Blaming Royal Mail and then blaming his own warehouse staff and calling me sir when he did speak on the phone. My name is Caroline and I have a woman’s voice lol. Never buy from this company as they advertise stock that they don’t have and are quick to take the money. Absolute amateurs!

Shop elsewhere at all costs!!!

If this company isn’t a scam, they’re certainly running things as if they are one. I placed an order weeks ago that is yet to arrive, I have contacted them via email and social media to no avail. I’ll now be resorting to contacting my bank to issue a chargeback.

If this company is remotely legitimate, they’re more interested in sending you emails asking you to buy more, or posting on their social media pages than they are providing help to their paying customers.

My advice would be to spend your money elsewhere.

These are definitely the best T-shirts I’ve had the quality is very good and the designs are outstanding. I’ve never seen anyone wearing one when I’m out and about which is good.

Really poor experience. I ordered two items about a month ago, one arrived within a week but still waiting for the other. Have tried contacting the company but absolutely no response. I’m waiting on a £30 T-shirt which I’m guessing I will not be receiving 😕

Small shop has issues but heart in the right place

Ordered a teeshirt, email confirmation said 5-10 days delivery and would email again when dispatched. Although I think up to 10 days is far too long I have them the benefit of the doubt and waited 15 days until chasing.
Tried messenger, email and WhatsApp and no response.
Eventually I messaged again through WhatsApp and got an apologetic response saying they were short staffed and my order would be sent asap with a free teeshirt as way of apology.
True to word, 2 teeshirts arrived 2 days later, however my order was still not received, and the 2 teeshirts were not a style I would ever order or even wear.
I messaged again and said these were both an apology goodwill gesture and my original order was on way.
I have never received the original order.
I messaged to ask how I could return the 2 items for a refund and received in response “did you not like the ones you were sent?”
Despite several messages and emails since I have had no response, no original order and 2 “useless” teeshirts. I would avoid this company at all costs, it’s not worth the time.
For context my original order was 19/04 and today is 27/05.

UPDATE - teeshirt arrived out the blue and I love it, however all the above would prevent me from ordering again

Well, ordered £100 of goods in early May, almost a month has passed and nothing. Contacted them a million times. Sad, because I already own some of their t-shirts and really love them.

Will definitely shop again. All of my items were top notch, and when I had to call Jamie regarding a query regarding a size I had ordered, he sorted it out for me right away.

Purchased a Santa Cruz hat which arrived a week later. Hat didn’t fit so returned to correct address recorded delivery as advised.
It’s now 2 weeks on and still no refund or response to my emails asking for updates.
The company is clearly a shambles.

Customer service seems to be a thing of the past these days, hence why these kind of companies go belly up before long.

I would strongly recommend NOT dealing with this company. Don’t take my word for it, read the reviews.

Absolutely shocking communication, or lack thereof.
Made my order on the 4th May and not heard a thing.
Emailed them, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram and just being ignored.

Terrible delivery took a month for items to arrive that said they would take 5-10 days, no updates until I sent several emails. Items eventually arrived.
