Overall, the service is good and the server runs smoothly. I had an issue with the database connection which caused some confusion, but after some troubleshooting and communication, everything started working properly.

The control panel is powerful, but for new users it can be a bit unclear where to find the correct database credentials. It would be great to have clearer guidance or documentation for beginners.

Support was responsive and helpful, and in the end the issue was resolved. I appreciate the service and will continue using it.

Extremely patient seeing as i was inexperienced with working with hosted servers, and the constant support should I have anymore questions or help is such a load off my shoulders I couldnt be anymore satisfied and I highly recommend Nodedcraft to everyone else!

I’m a long time Apex server hosting user but I absolutely love Nodecraft. Maybe not for the same reasons though as Apex now this is not about Apex so I’m gonna keep the short when I talk about them so with Nodecraft they offer so many different advantages that Apex does not different games. If you will. Four stars is my rating the reason for one start going down as full jankieI guess.

Server doing well so far, sometimes while archiving server take too long. And also needed more south east asia or south china servers, and also needed more availability too.

I have used Nodecraft for a very long time and every problem I've had (and believe me I cause plenty of problems) has always been resolved super fast, with superb customer service, not once in the probably dozen times I've requested a help ticket was anyone rude or unable to fix my problems, their pricing has always been super fair and just all around I have had a WONDERFUL time using this service and it is all we use when it comes to our private servers.

Cameron was incredibly helpful with trying to fix some issues on Hytale. They did a great job of digging into the logs, researching failed mods and trying to make the server work. Ultimately the issue was Hytale and the mods, and had nothing to do with Nodecraft. Cameron even helped by giving alternative game recommendations to play until Hytale is fixed.

We have just started with the host for Minecraft Bedrock. The support is top tier! Cameron is THE BEST! I am not good with the techy stuff. My sister wanted a Minecraft server, so we thought we'd give it a go. It turned out to be a lot harder to add add-ons than I thought it would be. Cameron has been amazing at getting them on and making sure our server is tailored to our wants.

Node craft is an amazing server provider that has allowed me and my friends to enjoy fun time together within reasonable price ranges. Along with the reasonable pricing, node craft is easy to understand and navigate. The support team of node craft is also very kind and helpful, getting problems resolved swiftly.

Responsive and ready to help

Been with Nodecraft a while now for my RedM server, They have helped us out no end. Out of the year being with them we have had maybe 1 or 2 times that the server has gone down but this has always been routine maintenance that they have told us about. They are always responsive to your issues, worries and problems. I would say if your looking for a budget host but has a great host team behind it I would totally go with Nodecraft 100%

I’ve been with Nodecraft for a few years now and have always found it really easy to set up different game servers like Minecraft, Terraria, Palworld and Valheim.

The dashboard is the easiest I’ve used. It’s simple to navigate and lets me make changes to my server within seconds without any hassle.

The best part for me is their customer service. They’re always quick to respond, really friendly, and helpful whenever I’ve needed them.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend Nodecraft to anyone looking for a game server host.

Nodecraft is a really good game host. Good, working servers and low latency combined with extremely good tech support, you cant go wrong!

Cameron made accessing support quick and easy, it was a fast experience that made the process simple and friendly. Cameron was quick to solve the problem. Cameron also was a good and personable individual.

All in all the service and support is quick to answer and was knowledgeable in my issue. They not only explained the issue but offered a way to fix it.
