Thoroughly recommend Nogard creations means so much to have a reminder of special times

Received my ring the other day and I loved it. I now have my OJ with me at all times, great quality, great fit.
I can even see the ashes inside, and as promised the unused ashes have been returned safely.

Nogard creations designed a framed flower keepsake from my dad's funeral. Laura did a fantastic job and listened to what I was wanting. It does take a long time from start to finish but you have to trust the process. If you want quality dried flowers then it's going to take about a year but I promise it will be worth the wait. When I collected my flowers it was a bittersweet moment for me . Picking up the funeral flowers but having a beautiful keepsake. Thankyou so much to Laura and her team for doing this for me.

Excellent service all round! I ordered a medium frame bouquet preservation and it’s came back looking gorgeous. Took a little longer than planned but they had to contend with a heatwave this summer - they do state that the process may take longer in their info. We were kept up to date throughout the process and asked our opinion whenever choices needed any choices came up. Very friendly and quick to reply. I highly recommend them!

I love the ring that was made for me with my dogs ashes. It’s really beautiful.

These products were only supposed to take 20 weeks max. However I have waited over a year! I had paperweights also made for my daughters and wrote a gift request card for each of them (as I had the option to do this at the time of booking). I never received those gift cards and when I questioned this I was told we don’t do that. I found this hard to accept especially as I had an option to ask for this. I sent the proof of this request to them and was told they would hand write a note as the cost to send these would be too expensive. Even though I paid for mine and my daughters to be posted separately, they were all posted in one package!! So in my eyes they could have posted two gift cards that would not have cost a lot!
It is such a shame as the actual paperweights were ok.

Nogard created a beautiful cremation ring using my father’s ashes. They kept me updated throughout the process, and I’m beyond happy with the final piece. Thank you so much.

I ordered 4 little resin dog paws to keep our dog's ashes - for us and our family to keep. They really calm sized and lovely to look at and hold. Nice colours and not garish. Very reasonably priced at £25.
The only down side is that the order takes 8 weeks to complete
However, this was made clear at the outset

I ordered a set of coasters and a ring holder. They’re very nice but took over a year to arrive. I knew it would take a while as the website gave a guide of 20 weeks but my order took 53 weeks. They did get back to me quickly when I asked for updates.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using this company. After placing my order, it took 13.5 months to receive all the products. When the final item finally arrived, it was damaged.

I emailed to raise my concerns but received no reply. I then phoned to follow up and was met with a rude and unprofessional response, with the promise that my email would be answered. I am still waiting for that response.

Weddings are expensive, and preserving the flowers is meant to provide a lasting reminder of a special day. After spending nearly £400 with your company, we feel completely let down. I understand that the original frame was damaged and had to be replaced, but the replacement frame—once collected and brought home—was also damaged.

While I am aware the frames are described as handmade, the quality is poor. In fact, I could purchase a better-quality frame from Tesco or Hobbycraft at a fraction of the cost.
