I am absolutely over the moon! I had James as my driving instructor for a month, I had a previous instructor for a year and still lacked in confidence and felt like I was never going to actually learn how to drive. Only 2 lessons with James and I felt I learnt so much! One month on and I have passed my test with flying colours. I will forever use MSPSL religiously now as in the one month together of you repeating MSPSL has left a permanent mark in my brain. Thank you so much for your persistence, your patience, support and understanding, I won’t let you down! Thank you again and despite what you say, I will actually miss you now that I no longer need you. Thank you for giving a 34 year old her long overdue independence. xx

James has been my driving instructor in Stevenage. I am very happy with the progress I made thanks to James. As someone who was terrified from driving a car, I was given so much reassurance from James and he was very patient with me, while not letting me stick with bad habits and anxious behaviours. James is strict but thorough and very fun with his friendly attitude. The results speak for themselves - he has helped me pass my test first time with only 5 minors which I wouldn’t have believed possible with any other instructor.

I failed 2 driving tests 8 years ago and finally decided to get back to it. James Keefe has been the absolute best instructor, so supportive and encouraging. I passed my test yesterday, my first test since failing, and felt so confident thanks to him! I was terrified of going back to driving after so long but couldn't have picked a better instructor.

As someone who initially wasn't the most confident driver, I can't thank James enough for helping me build that confidence. One thing that really stuck with me was his idea of creating a "safety bubble" around the car. It was a really helpful way of thinking about driving and made me feel much more at ease. I'd also recommend James to any parents who are nervous about their children learning to drive because safety is clearly his top priority.

James also has a great sense of humour and builds a good relationship with his students. He makes lessons enjoyable while still being firm about bad habits and the importance of driving safely. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his students and wants them to become safe, confident drivers.

Unprofessional Behaviour: I have experienced rude and demotivating conduct that has caused me significant distress and made me feel unsafe during lessons.

Time-Wasting Tactics: The instruction has frequently lacked focus, leading to what I consider to be unnecessary delays in my progress.

Last-Minute Cancellation: Most significantly, I was instructed not to appear for my scheduled driving test only the evening before for a 8am test . This short notice gave me no chance to cancel or reschedule through the DVSA without losing my fee.

I got James keefe after losing a lot of confidence doing manual but learning to drive with james really helped me get my confidence back and pass first time he gives great feedback and is really nice

James is honestly the best instructor i have ever had. I used James's services for the first time and he was able to drill into every one of my driving faults i was making subconsciously. The other best thing about James is his humour, making driving lessons enjoyable and stress-free. Would highly recommend!

I’ve just passed my driving test, and I can confidently say that Akbar has been the best instructor I’ve had. I’ve worked with multiple teachers before, but none matched his level of patience, clarity, and professionalism.

What really stood out was how calm and composed he remained, even when I made mistakes. Instead of getting frustrated, he explained things clearly and helped me understand exactly what I needed to improve. His teaching style made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel, which made a huge difference in my progress.

I went to call for my daughters driving lessons.The person that picked up the call had no professionalism you could hear laughing and sniggering in the background which felt hostile.Then they immediately cut the call with no explanation whatsoever.Then my daughter went to call,thinking surely they didn’t mean to be that rude,the same exact thing happened to her,again more laughing and no explanation. How unbelievably rude!!! I would not recommend,horrendous customer service you can clearly see they had no interest in their job as they didn’t try to engage or help.This happened Wednesday 25th March 3:50.Sort your customer service team out

I've been learning to drive for over a few years now with various instructors and have never felt truly comfortable with any of them. I first met Akki a few weeks ago and he put me at ease straight away; I knew I had a good chance at passing my test. Akki is a brilliant instructor. He's patient, kind, funny and it was a privilege to be able to learn to drive with him. I passed first time today and would like to thank Akki for giving me the confidence I didn't think I had to enable me to do so. He succeeded where many have failed. Lauren C x

Steve who covers Rickmansworth/Watford is a brilliant instructor. After giving up my manual lessons years ago, I was nervous to get back in the car. Steve put my nerves at ease from the first lesson, and I actually looked forward to having my lessons each week! When arranging my lessons the customer service was also great and got me booked in quickly. Thank you so much for helping me get my 1st time pass!

Alan Smithson is absolutely fantastic! His kindness, patience, and constant support make a huge difference. He listens carefully and prioritizes your success without rushing, ensuring everything is practiced to perfection. Thanks to his guidance, I passed my test on the first try with just a single minor error at the Bishops Stortford test center.

I highly recommend my driving instructor James Keefe who is very patient, caring, and truly dedicated to his job. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you really understand how to drive safely and correctly. He can be a bit strict, but that’s because he genuinely wants his students to succeed and pass their driving test. James is a great and super clear instructor! I passed first time with barely any minors in my own car. He gives out sheets with explanatory drawings of the manoeuvres and acronyms to understand better in your spare time, which is super helpful; going above and beyond.
