Amazing customer service!

Noids has excellent customer service! I accidentally broke the beaker to my POT the second time I tried to use it. I reached out to Noids and recieved a response very fast. They immediately put a replacement in the mail for me. Noids truly cares about their product and their customers.

Been using it for a few years now and its an amazing and unique machine, and one that works wonders. oh and the costumer service its among the best i have ever encounter. well done

Goed product en ook hele goede service!

Vandaag een mail ontvangen dat ik een nieuw glas, filter en overige toebehoren krijg toegestuurd als service. Noids machine is getest met vloeistof en daar moet de Noids dus tegenkunnen!
Fijn dat er nog bedrijven zijn die wel service geven! Dank!
Let op dat, als je aan de gang gaat met het verdampen van de alcohol met groentjes, je het metalen filter eruit haalt, anders verdampt niet alle alcohol!

Goed product! Laatst een extra glas bijbesteld wat iets groter/ruimer is dan het meegeleverde glas. Door het grotere glas bleef het rubber deksel met filter en metalen buis voor opvangen alcohol niet goed zitten en is ongemerkt tot op de bodem gezakt waardoor het glas is overgelopen. De ruimte waar je het glas in zet stond ca 1 cm alcohol in. En de machine lijkt nu niet goed meer te werken! Al 3x gemaild en geen reactie! Bellen naar het nummer op de site geeft aan dat ze niet bereikbaar zijn! Heel jammer dit, en hopen dat ze mij alsnog contacten!
