I ordered a shirt on the 8th and it


They communicate with me and overall I love all the clothing they have on the site but I still haven’t received my order. I was trying to be patient and cool but my order has been in transit for damn near three weeks. I just won’t be ordering products from this brand again and no I’m not changing my review so don’t waste the email. Thank you

Great store

Great store, great clothes. They really care about the products they are putting out. This is the first clothing line that I dealt with that pays close attention to feed back. I will definitely keep an eye out for new drops and support again.

NOISSEY is amazing

The customer service is so good like better than any other shop I’ve been at. And this sounds like I’m being extra but I’m being so serious contact them about anything and they probably would be able to fix it and give you a good conclusion where everyone’s satisfied. This business is amazing. The clothes are fire too.

En raison de la logistique internationale, nous dépendons entiÚrement des transporteurs pour la livraison finale, et nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas contrÎler le processus une fois le colis expédié. Cependant, nous avons fait tout notre possible pour vous aider :

AprÚs que vous nous avez signalé ne pas avoir reçu votre premiÚre commande, nous avons immédiatement organisé une réexpédition gratuite de votre colis.

Nous avons donc envoyé deux colis à votre adresse, à deux reprises.

Malgré cela, vous nous indiquez que vous ne les avez toujours pas reçus. Pourtant, les photos de livraison fournies par le transporteur montrent clairement que les colis ont bien été déposés dans votre boîte aux lettres.

Nous vous avons également proposé plusieurs solutions :

Contacter le transporteur pour vérifier l'emplacement exact du colis.

Consulter vos éventuelles caméras de surveillance.

Nous fournir un justificatif de perte délivré par le transporteur. DÚs réception de ce document, nous vous renverrons gratuitement un nouveau colis.

Nous restons à votre disposition pour toute question et nous engageons à trouver une issue satisfaisante. Merci de nous contacter directement pour que nous puissions résoudre ce problÚme ensemble.

I had a problem with a garment, they assisted me through all the process and due to logistical issues of returning the item they also kindly offered me a discount for another item. Fast and helpful, they know what they do!!

ordine non arrivato, dopo quasi due mesi di attesa

ho ordinato una maglietta il 31 maggio e ancora non Ú arrivata. sono passati quasi due mesi e ancora nulla. l’assistenza su whatsapp Ú inutile, rispondono sempre di controllare sul loro sito per vedere gli aggiornamenti della spedizione ma io voglio solo che mi arrivi e capire il motivo di questo ritardo

Gentile Cliente, ci dispiace sinceramente per il lungo ritardo e comprendiamo la sua frustrazione.

Abbiamo ricevuto la sua segnalazione e, appena possibile, abbiamo immediatamente contattato il corriere per sollecitare una verifica. Purtroppo, a causa di un errore nel transito, il pacco Ú stato ritrasferito più volte tra i centri di smistamento, causando un significativo ritardo nella consegna.

Come già suggerito, per le spedizioni internazionali, il modo più rapido per ottenere informazioni precise Ú contattare direttamente il corriere locale. Tuttavia, Le confermiamo che abbiamo già attivato una procedura di indagine urgente per il Suo caso.

La terremo aggiornata non appena avremo novità. La ringraziamo per la pazienza.
