I love how Noize is a vegan brand, and I love that they make stylish, sustainable outerwear. I bought the Caroline parkas with faux fur and it's great, such amazing quality. I wore it today and it was so comfortable and I got compliments on it all day. I also own some of their loungewear and I honestly live in them, my fav go-to outfit on the daily. I would definitely recommend this brand for anyone looking for vegan clothing!

Don't buy from here - they didn't mark final sale items as final sale on the product page so I ordered a few things without realizing it was final sale as it was not marked as such and they now won't let me cancel or return my items.

Refused service. Flagged my order as fraud despite order going through and charging card, at least they refunded the order. It was really just my everyday credit card. No explanation on why it was flagged.

My husband purchased a parka fur me at Xmas from the bay . Beautiful and warm. Unfortunately it has very obvious defects. When I contacted the bay they told je to contact the manufacturer. I am a lover or the Noize brand and have purchased 2 beautiful vegan jackets from them along with many clothing items. I've had no issues with sizing or quality in the past. Today I received a 1 piece skisuit from an online purchase and the sizing is way off. I am a small in everything else I've purchased until now. I had no idea when made this purchase of the exchange policy. I understand final sale suggests no refunds but when they clearly have the same item on their website for the same price, it boggles my mind that they don't offer exchanges. I would even happily pay for shipping but that doesn't seem to be an option. I have sent a message to customer service so we will see how they respond. Based on the reviews here, I'm not overly hopeful. What a shame it will be if I have a beautiful new ski outfit that I can't wear!

After emailing Noize about this issue, I quickly got a response. They have since refunded my purchase less a $20 service fee and I was able to reorder the correct size which is perfect! I will say that this skisuit (Madge) is short in the body so if you have a long torso you might want to steer clear. Overall I'm so happy they decided to refund afterall!

I purchased the Alizeh trenchcoat and upon receiving it, saw that it had an enormous defect on the collar due to it being completely folded in on itself. Now I appreciate that there will be some creasing, especially when purchasing from overseas but this is not like that. I certainly can not wear the jacket with such a large and obvious fault right on the front of the collar. I immediately contacted Noize and shared photographs with them and was told to "hang up" the jacket and wait for the crease to come out or if I wanted, I could try ironing it out but I might "melt" the fabric. I contacted them a second time and was told that they would accept a return but the shipping on this product was $80 AUD so I would be out of pocket $160 and have to run around shipping back their defective item. This was my single largest purchase of the year and I was so excited to own this jacket and support a vegan company but this has been the worst customer service I have ever had in my 43 years of life.
Their exchange and refund policy is deceptive.
They have a deceptive exchange or return policy. If you get a product for a 20% or more discount then you cannot return it, exchange it, or get a refund. It is called a Final Sale. Well, guess what! They have a lot of sales to the point that I wonder if anyone orders without getting a discount of 20% or more. I ordered a women's jacket as a gift for someone in the size Medium and she wanted to exchange it for a Large. Noize will not allow it.

I have purchased several nice pieces of clothing from Noize. I stand by their mission for cruelty-free fashion, however I will not be purchasing from them again. I recently purchased the Emmi Puffer boots during the World Vegan Day sale. Although these boots are beautiful, I am unable to wear them due to a design flaw where I am unable to put these boots on due to a very narrow top. There are no zippers, no way to loosen the top of the boot. I managed with great difficulty to pull one boot on, and it was the right size once my foot was in it (actually, a bit loose). So this was not wrong sizing, rather poor design. I submited a request for return/refund and was notified that as the boots are final sale, I am unable to return them. I spent over $200 on unwearable winter boots. This feels like a colossal waste of money.

I recently ordered a coat from Noize that was a rich warm brown color in the photos, but when I recieved it, it turned out to be a medium neutral tan color. Additionally, the coat is not structured like it is in the photos. It looks so different that even checked the item number against the website to make sure they shipped the right coat. I contacted them for a refund since it looks so completely different from how it looks in their photos, and they refused because it was on sale, saying sale items are "final sale". A website selling expensive coats as final sale should not post misleading photos of their products if they don't want to give refunds. If I knew the coat was medium tan and not a warm rich brown, I would not have ordered it. I'm really disappointed because I was excited to support a vegan company selling fashionable clothes, but the quality is way off the mark for the price, and the customer service is even worse. Will not be spending any more money on this site and will be telling everyone I know to steer clear.

Back in August, I bought two coats, both XL, both on sale - one at 30% of, the other at 80% off.
Even though both costs were size XL - one coat loosely fit my 16 year old son (170cm tall, 60kg), while the other was huge on him - but too small on me (always wearing size XL - 182cm, 94kg).
Reading one customer's enthusiastic review about Noize's service for someone that had the same issue - I contacted their support, in August, asking to simply exchange one coat for XXL instead of XL for me, and the other for L instead of XL for my son (I originally bought the two coats for myself, but when I saw how small they were on me - I had my son try them on, as he told me his coat from last season was too small on him).
I found myself spending the last two months corresponding with Noize's support - who showed me none of the treatment this other customer described getting, and now suggested giving me store credit, minus $30 "stocking fees" - from the original $160 I bought those two coats for, which makes it about $130 credit, which then bought me those two coats, but by this time - I wouldn't be able to find even one proper winter coat for that amount - let alone two!
Suffice it to say, that if their support hadn't dragged this on for two months (9 days of which is my "fault" - I was away from the country), certainly if they just gave me the same service as they did this other customer, and did that back in August when I first contacted their support - there would have been no problem simply exchanging the two coats to the same costs just in other sizes, as Noize had both coats in stock online at the time - at that same discount level.

Noize reached out to me by phone today, after I updated my review responding to what they posted in response to my review yesterday.
The person that called me was polite and friendly, and it seemed that finally I'm in contact with someone who cares and is willing to work out a solution acceptable to both sides.
I appreciate this call, and I'm satisfied with the solution they offered.
So to summarize - Noize managed to rectify the way this issue was handled, which I'm certainly grateful for.
I think they need to own up to having a quality control problem, and sizing inconsistency problems, as my case and numerous reviews out there show.
The time it took to reach today's positive solution was far too long and the difficulty and frustration I experienced during that time and process do this company no favors.
So to Noize I say - the amount of reviews about your sizing problem cannot be ignored, and all those reviews cannot be fake or wrong.
Like me - all the reviews I read seem to come from people who just wanted to buy a nice warm coat for winter. Not an unreasonable thing to ask for.
You need to step up and take accountability and ownership of this problem. Knowing you have this problem and still having "final sale, no return/refund policy" is essentially disingenuous, and knowingly detrimental to your customers.
Until you fix this problem - you need to stop implementing this policy, and allow customers to return and exchange, or even get full refunds. You cannot roll your failure to control your products' quality on to your customers.
This is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY - and your customers should not suffer from your failure to fix this problem.
To the readers of this review I say:
It seems that Noize makes mostly good products, and I will likely buy from them again - albeit with great apprehension, because now I know, and you should be aware of that too, that if you happen to get a Noize product that isn't so good - Noize does not make it easy to resolve that, so just be aware of that.
Noize has a lot of glowing reviews about their products, but if you happened to get "a not so good product" from them - be prepared to have to struggle for quite some time to resolve your problem with them.
I again thank Noize for working with me earlier today to arrive at the solution we did, but I respectfully suggest to them to do something about these problems.
There's no reason why you should not get ALL glowing reviews, if you just thought of you customer first and didn't punish them for your QC/QA problems. This isn't that hard to do, and doing that will pay you back in dividends in return for changing your return/exchange policy, and your support process and approach.
I'll change the rating I gave Noize from 1 star to 3, to acknowledge the change in attitude and willingness to help that they showed me today.
The only thing standing between Noize having 1 star or 3 star reviews as opposed to 5 star reviews is to either fix your quality control problem, or if you can't or until you can - change your return policy and don't have your customers suffer because of this.
I hope you listen and consider implementing my suggestions here.

I sent out an email on July 20th to exchange one item ordered by mistake and no response from the company. The least they can do is write you back.
Itâs too bad their customer service isnât good because the clothes are nice and good quality.
