I'm pretty sure this is a fake shop or at least a bit of a scam I ordered a dog bed in a sale, waited 4 days before getting an email saying at my request my order has been cancelled. Which I did not ask for. And when I finally got my refund it was strangely £3.50 less than I paid. Just avoid these people if I was you

They promise same day shipping. But we are now 2 weeks since order. We have emailed them twice and never had a response. No easy way to cancel, you have to email the same address they ignore. They charge for sending back and enforce redelivery following issues within 60 days. AVOID! This has been and shall continue to be a nightmare.

The herringbone chenille throw cover arrived quickly. Fits the sofa nicely and doesn't slip. It looks decent in the living room too. Nice that the store also thinks about eco-friendly products.

The cat scratcher is solid and well made. Both my cats use it constantly.

Ordered a rug, did not look like the pictures. The return hong kong address on the website dosent exsist your parcel will just get sent back to you. They never respond to emails (which other reviews seem to confirm) i guess they hope you will keep the item..having found the correct address in china and returned the rug, still no refund or reply to emails. So they have the Rug back and kept the £300 . Diabolical. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!
