Impossible to return items. Very very frustrating. As keep getting nowhere despite many emails to & fro.

Won’t be using again. Took 7 weeks to arrive.
Crazy. Not worth the hassle.

Will donate to my local Save the Children.

Purchased items through Black Friday sales at reduced price by 25% they were totally not suitable so returned only to be told no refund just store credit.
Very unhappy as not anything of there overpriced items appeal. Avoid this company they have no customer service.

Was a bit unsure about ordering as I've never used the site before but really liked the look of a dress and after reading reviews on here (not the ones that seem to belong to a different company) and reviews on their website I took a chance. Love the Cotton Chunky Cord Tiered Tunic Dress. Gorgeous material, colour and so comfy.
Super quick delivery and no issues. Would definitely order from here again 😀

I had a problem with a dress that I had bought for my holiday. I contacted the company through their online form and Abbie replied to me very quickly. I sent some photographs of the dress which had torn on my first day of wearing it and I was offered a replacement or a refund. My refund was issued straight away, what amazing customer service!
There are two things I would like to highlight in this review. Firstly other garments that I have purchased from Nomads Clothing have been first class, I have received many compliments about the quality and the designs.
Secondly, and more importantly they seem to be being confused with a US company with a similar name. There are many negative reviews published on this site which have nothing to do with Nomads Clothing and are impacting on their reputation.

Avoid!! Sent me a skirt covered in red patches and splattered red dots all over it. Took over 3 months to arrive. Purchased on 8th april 2025 still no refund. Disgusting service, faulty items!

I purchased a skirt from you on 7th april, the skirt took over 3 months to arrive. The item was faulty and I returned it to you as soon as you provided your address but within a week of reciept, with proof of delivery. Despite this, I have received neither a refund nor any replacement.

I did not request or consent to a replacement skirt. I am entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires faulty goods to be refunded if returned within 30 days.

You are now in breach of consumer law. I require a full refund of £88 within 7 calendar days. If I do not receive the refund by 15th september, I will:

1. Report you to Trading Standards,

2. Pursue the matter via the Small Claims Court, and

3. Provide this correspondence to my bank and the Financial Ombudsman Service as part of my ongoing dispute.

This is my final attempt to resolve this matter amicably.

I bought the shrug for a vacation trip. Took it out of the pkg and just thought it was nice. THEN I placed the shrug on my lap on the way to the airport. By the time I got out of the Uber I was covered in the shedding fibers. When I reached my destination I shook out the shrug and fibers were flying everywhere. I hand washed it and laid it flat on a table outdoors. The table was completely covered in this fiber. WTH!!
This cannot be worn or be of any use.
I can’t imagine being the only one having this experience. Customer service is not reachable

1. they sent the wrong item in place of the item i ordered
2. i've emailed them 5 times and they replied once, they said they will send me a return label but they did not

I would give zero stars if possible. Customer service is non existent. I actually am starting to believe that Nomad is a fraudulent company. No one answers the phone. No return calls when I left a message. Email communication is laughable. I disputed the charge on my credit card so Nomad won’t be paid for an order I never received and they refused to research it’s shipping. One and done with Nomad. Lesson learned.

Bought their items through Debenhams but most don’t fit well. Return parcel still not collected by Royal Mail as they have not received the return label. Communication with company customer service simply useless the past ten days, with no response!

Poor customer service.

I received a pair of Nomads bamboo tights as a gift, in the wrong size. I've emailed 3 times to ask whether an exchange would be possible but have received no response.

Great customer service, quick to reply to an email to rectify a mistake that I had made when ordering and organising a partial refund (I’d forgotten to use my discount code). Really friendly communication and follow-up emails. I only ordered socks for a Christmas gift but they are of super quality and design at a great price. They arrived very quickly, well packaged in attractive and substantial thick paper packaging. Very impressive all round. A shout out to Abbie for her great customer service, I would happily recommend this Company.

I have recently ordered some clothes from them. Total bill was 402 Euros
Free shipping in Europe was offered and prices indicated in euros.
Package arrived and I had to pay customs of 150euro!!
I sent a mail saying I want to send garments back but 4 days No Answer!
I sent another message and still Noone is responding!!!!
Is it a scam?????

I really hate to leave an average review because the clothes are beautiful. I purchased several items including a dress. I followed the guidelines for size exactly. Unfortunately it is too big and needs to be returned. I was disappointed to find out that there is no free shipping and that the bag the merchandise came in is so small that the dress will not fit in it and I will have to find another means to send it back. I love the clothes and I really want to buy many more, but I am hesitant if I have to once again send items back and be charged a fee as well as the inconvenience of trying to find a suitable bag for the return.

I am a new customer and was nervous about ordering these clothes as often ethical clothing comes up small (I am a size 16) but everything was true to size, even generous. It fits well, looks great and everything is very comfortable to wear. I am a very happy customer and will be back!!!

Love the styles, fabric, quality and recyclable and biodegradable packaging. Also fast delivery and helpful/friendly customer service.

I’ve just discovered this company with their ad on Facebook.. I thought I’d give them a try as their clothing looks like something I’d enjoy. Wow. I’ve ordered about 6 times from them now and love everything they’ve sent. Just be sure you look at their size chart. These are shipped from Australia and use AU sizing. USA sizes are different but they’ve been perfect. The quality is definitely there and I can’t believe how quickly ship. They use DHL as a delivery and it’s very fast.

Horrible quality, swimsuit washed (hand wash) once and can’t wear it anymore. Customer service useless. Do not recommend

I recently placed my first order with Nomad. When I received the package one item was missing; I emailed them and received an immediate apology. The missing item plus a goodwill gesture was then delivered the next morning.
Great to see a company that actually cares about its customers. And the clothing is good quality too.

Excellent online shopping experience. Really lovely company to order clothes online from. I am a fan now! I am nervous about online shopping and get stressed when I need to return things, or wait for refunds. However Nomads have sent my orders really quickly in environmentally friendly packing, and the return process is extremely simple with the refunds coming very quickly with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. I feel very confident and comfortable to order and re-order. The recent clearance sale has been fantastic and the clothes are lovely styles and quality that are comfortable and airy and fashionable that I would not normally have been able to afford. They also have an ethical and fair trade policy toward the people who make the clothes. Thank you for great service.
