Really nice, clean and light place. The interior design was comfortable and attractive. Considering the weather was so warm the property was cool and in a nice corner of a close with a small forest space opposite. Communication with the host was pleasant and easy. I found the property after two terrible bookings with airbnb where the properties were not as advertised. I can confirm that the property is as advertised with no reliance on AI generated images.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Sheffield. The host was super, super friendly and incredibly kind. Everything was clearly explained to us beforehand, and communication was excellent throughout. They were always available if needed (though we had no issues at all during our stay).

The house itself is brilliant. It’s a very large, spacious home in a very safe, quiet neighbourhood, and only a short walk from the hospital and the local train station — extremely convenient for our trip.

Inside, the property had all the amenities we could ever need: a big, comfortable living room; three bedrooms with fresh linen and very comfy beds; two clean bathrooms/toilets; and a fully accessible kitchen with everything, including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hobs, pantry space, and all cooking utensils. Hot water was constant, and the house remained nice and warm throughout our stay.

There is also a lovely garden at the back of the house with a patio area. We didn’t use it during our stay, but it’s a great space that guests can enjoy.

The place was spotlessly clean on arrival, and everything was ready for us. It honestly felt like a home away from home.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sheffield, especially those needing easy access to the hospital or the train station. An exceptional experience overall!

The house offered by Nomastay has all the advantages you could wish for during a stay in Sheffield. It is very close to the city centre and its liveliest areas, but at the same time it is located in a quiet and peaceful setting. I loved the back garden of the house and Lynwood Gardens, which are really the closest neighbours. The house is clean, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a short or medium stay. In addition, Salil, the owner, continually takes care to ensure that your stay is pleasant and that there are no problems.

I used Nomastay to house a customer going through an insurance claim. They had a great experience in the property. Salil was amazing to work with and was quick to respond to extensions. I would definitely recommend to anyone

Fabulous house and host. The house is decorated to a high spec with everything you need. Beds are dreamy spotlessly clean throughout. We did have an issues with the heating however Salil did his upmost to try and resolve this whilst we were there however I asked him to wait till we left as only had a short time with family. I have already recommended this house to friends and family. Will definitely be back

We had a very pleasant stay at Salil's place! The house is beautifully decorated with a fresh and modern feel, and the garden with a lovely flowering tree was a nice touch. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it was peaceful yet still just a 15-minute walk to the high street, also only a short drive to the Peak District - perfect for day hikes. Parking was very easy, with two dedicated spaces assigned to the house.
Salil was a great host—very helpful and responsive, especially when we needed assistance with setting the central heating. Communication was quick and smooth throughout our stay.
It was a great place to stay for the Easter holiday, and we’d love to come back next time if we get the chance. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a long weekend whilst visiting our daughter at uni.
From the moment we booked, the communication was great and Salil could not have been more helpful.
The house is very well equipped with everything you might need, the 2 bathrooms are very handy.
We had our dog with us and the garden was perfect, especially the automatic outdoor light when the back door opened, great touch!
The location is perfect both for the city centre and a short walk and you are in the Peak District!
We will definitely be staying again.

We needed temporary accommodation whilst insurance work was carried out at our property for six weeks.
This was a perfect place to stay, very comfortable with everything we needed for three people, good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and good seating areas. It also including ample parking with access to space to walk the dog.
It was a real joy, also, to have such a pleasant and accommodating owner who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, this was especially helpful over the Christmas and New Year period.
I can't rate the whole experience highly enough.

Amazing host and property!

We were in a really difficult spot after booking a hotel near by that claimed to be dog friendly when it wasn’t! (The Rutland hotel).

I contacted Salil via Airbnb and within minutes he accommodated us and we arrived within the hour. Immaculate property and facilities….we had everything we needed as was within walking distance to the hospital (our reason for being in Sheffield)

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and if we ever need somewhere to stay in Sheffield again, we will most definitely be back

We stayed at Lynwood house in Sheffield for a longer time with 2 adults and 3 teenage kids and really loved it. The neighborhood is very pleasant, the Francis Newton Pub just across the little neighborhood park, dining and shopping facilities within 15min walking distance in Broomhill and along Ecclesall road and Endcliff park, also in 15min walking Weston Park (appealing museum about Sheffield - free entry) and the city can be reached. Good connection to public transport.

House is newly renovated, stylish and functional also for longer stays. Kitchen well equipped with all necessary cutlery, bowls, hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer plus Dish washer and Washing machine + drying rack. Large round table and a side board with 2 high tables.
Bathroom on the ground flour with shower, first floor with bath tub, in total 3 hair dryers in the house. Enough towels until the next cleaning is scheduled. Stylish living room with comfortable couch (can be converted to a double bed) and large Television with subscriptions to Netflix etc. Next to this a small table and chairs.
Nice garden, however in Winter we could not make use of it.
First floor 3 sleeping rooms (2 double and 1 single bed). Each room has a desk and cupboard.

In the winter time it was very appreciated that the heating worked perfectly.
