Hi,I visited eldon square nomination shop in Newcastle today with my mam. I always go to this stand as the ladyâs who work there are so lovely very helpful and so friendly. Today we were served by Amy and her customer service was phenomenal. We had such a lovely chat about the different charms what was new and discussed other jewellery and prices. I also had such a great chat with the manager but forgot to catch her name. Always such a pleasant experience here and I wouldnât go anywhere else. Thank you so much 10-10 from me.
Reclamation of a broken link...
I had a charm-link with a little coral flower that broke apart by coincidence. It was a big disappointment as I just got it for christmas. So I wrote an e-mail to the nomination customer-service. They replyed within two days and sent a new charm-link right away - absolutely friendly and obliging! I was very reliefed and look foward to collect more charm-links.

Superb customer service. Able to answer and fulfill all questions in short amounts of time. Very helpful. Also bracelet is very high quality.
I ordered a chain plus a pendent to beâŠ
I ordered a chain plus a pendent to be given as separate gifts. They joined them together without asking. So it meant 2 gifts in the one box. I emailed and got a really snippy email back. I emailed them and pointed out the customer service issues. They posted another box standard delivery but it only arrived this week 3 weeks later than needed. Disaster and would advise do not use this company.

Where do I start with this one?
Firstly, Iâd like to explain I had absolutely no intention of posting a review until I was threatened with lawyers if I did so here we are.
My daughter made a purchase on Boxing Day 2025 and had no idea where it was or when it would be delivered so she sent an email on 4th January 2026 asking for a shipment update, we still havenât had a reply to this. Allegedly they reply within 2-4 days. They clearly didnât.
My daughter received her items but only part of her order. Her charms were there but she purchased a bracelet that they didnât send. This isnât a £4 bracelet from £land this was an expensive item. Theyâre not cheap at £79.99!
Due to the lack of communication I sent a WhatsApp message and didnât get a reply from that so I took to social media. I wrote a message stating they should answer their customers and someone replied to my comment on fb saying they had sent me a DM. Checked every possible folder eg. Request, spam, other etc etc and I had no DM. Since I have experienced this I have also noticed that someone else messaged to be told they have a DM and they also didnât have one. Weird right?
Anyway, I DMed them and I was told that the representative has been in communication with customer services (CS) and there is a 2-4 day turn around for replies (for my WhatsApp). I stated that the representative was in contact with CS so could they ask them where the bracelet was. I was then told to email hahaha. Whatâs the point they donât reply given the email from Jan 4th still wasnât replied to. For context, the social media messaging was Jan 14th. I initially refused to email because I didnât believe it would be replied to but I reluctantly sent one that night!
Now for WhatsApp. Get a cuppa. This is the good bit!
I initially sent the WhatsApp message on Jan 12th at 13:11. On Jan 14th I receive a message asking if I still needed assistance and to reply âyesâ if I did as they have been closed. I replied and questioned them being closed for 2 days. The reply was âThe Company wasnât closedâ so that was lie.
I was then told if it was confirmed the item was missing they would send a new one.
Confirmed? Iâve told you itâs missing Iâm not the lier here. After asking how long this would take I was told Iâd get a reply âtomorrow morningâ.
By this point I was losing the will the live. I said if I donât have a reply today I would be contacting the bank and reporting a scam/fraud. We are 19 days since order and all I want is what my daughter paid for.
They tried to say they received first communion the day before.
No. WhatsApp was sent Monday.
A request for tracking was send on January 4th. Neither of which were replied to. I was told a DM was sent to me. It wasnât. I have it all screen shots. I explained the consumer rights act and I think this hit a nerve because hereâs what I receivedâŠ.
âGiven the tone of your comments and the persistence of complaints, we will pass the matter directly to our internal legal department. All online reviews and comments will be reviewed by Nomination's lawyers for trademark protection purposes should any defamatory statements made publicly by the client be found. By company policy, we have done everything we could and should have done.â
Silly person. I told them tone is down the recipient thatâs not my issue.
After explaining the definition of deformation and libel I told them their threats wonât work with me. Iâve been to college and studied law.
She has now received her bracelet and I sighed off with thisâŠ. â That wasnât so hard was it.
Thank you for delivering my daughter what she legitimately paid for. Here is something you can pass to your legal team. Unjustified threats of legal action are criminal offence. It is harassment and malicious communication under the *Protection from Harassment Act 1997*. You have my contact details should you wish to discuss this.
As for reviews I had no intention of posting one until you mentioned it so one will follow in due course.â
To conclude their customer service is shocking. I will never use this company again.

Per quanto mi riguarda consiglio tantissimo questi gioielli, in particolare i composable.
Innanzitutto i tempi di spedizione sono ottimi, in due giorni esatti ho ricevuto il mio ordine!
Per quanto riguarda invece i âlinkâ del mio braccialetto per il momento sono super soddisfatta.
Devo dire la verità ⊠dalle foto alcuni dei pezzi che ho scelto erano carini ma non da 10 e lode, ma li ho acquistati ugualmente per via del significato e soprattutto perché amo questo tipo di braccialetti (ne ho due).
Una volta arrivati mi sono ricreduta, sono bellissimi, con delle rifiniture e attenzione al dettaglio meravigliosi! Alcune foto non rendono assolutamente giustizia!
Uso questi braccialetti ogni giorno, anche a lavorare o quando mi lavo o addirittura al mare, ma non hanno mai subito danni o si sono staccati dei pezzi.
Consiglio questi tipi di braccialetti super resistenti e davvero di ottima qualità .

I purchased from a 3rd party supplier.
The nomination charm bracelets look nice. Hence a score of 3, I'm being generous.
The process of adding charms and removing links is a horrible process. It's virtually impossible to do without a tool, and having purchased a tool, I've just put 5 charms on my daughter's bracelet. My fingers hurt, I'm sweating, and I'm completely stressed. I don't know who thought this process was a good idea. On that basis alone, I wouldn't purchase again.
Returns are a nightmare and link does not work

So I had 2 orders...
So went through trying to return this one.
Their returns link does not work
So sent to their warehouse as instructed by support
That was delivered Dec 17th.

Needed a last min present having been ill all over Xmas and checked the close time listed as 3pm- called at 2.35 and 2.39 no answer so my husband kindly jumped in the car drive me to the back of the shop and I ran down to the shop arriving at 2.58- one lady behind the counter and one at the door already turning the lock - both saw me and just looked away- I am really upset by their treatment and the customer service is non existent!!
Do not buy in rose gold or gold!!!
Received a beautiful rose gold bracelet with 6 charms from my husband! However all charms come on silver links! So by the time you fill your rose gold or gold bracelet with charms you have a silver bracelet with rose gold/gold details on it & a box filled with rose gold/gold links! Donât waste your money purchasing a rose gold/gold bracelet! Just buy the silver! Why they donât offer charms in rose gold/gold links to match the look you actually wanted I donât know! Bracelet is nice but took me all day to swap out original links for charms and left me with really painful fingers! Also left my husband disappointed as he spent a fair amount of money on my gift! As I said nice bracelet just donât waste your money buying it in rose gold/gold for it to end up silver anyway!

Iâm a big fan of Nomination and I have 2 or 3 bracelets and a couple of pendants. I wear them every day for years. Iâm really happy with the quality.
Today Iâve got a parcel with my new stuff, very fast delivery from Italy to Spain. The package is amazing and premium, which is ideal as a gift for someone you really love
BUT some of my new charms are lost their colorful parts (like a red heart inside a golden house or the green part (enamel i believe) of a good luck charm ð) I lost my Hamsa pendant from Symphony collection which had a small zircon (fall off) and Iâve managed to buy another Hamsa and the zircon fall off as well in a couple of months)
i dont want to spend my time for asking repairing or blaming someone, I just ask you as a big fan to pay more attention to quality. This is what I expect to get buying your products.

I have a Nomination bracelet for almost 20 years. It has the big charms, which are no longer being made. My children's initials are some of the charms and unfortunately, one of them broke. I contacted Nomination Customer Service and Caterina was SO helpful. She checked what they had left in stock and she had the charm I needed! I could not say enough about how helpful and kind Caterina was - I'm so happy to have received my charm to complete my bracelet. I intend to buy bracelets for my daughters so they can include a little of their life and what they love in their bracelets, just like I have.
