I couldn't withdraw my winnings. The site is a scam. Errors whenever you try to submit a withdrawal request and you can't transfer back to the card you deposited with. Their customer services close the chat and tell you the finance team are working on it - when they don't have your bank's details.

Ho giocato un bonus fedeltà di 50€ che dava come requisiti x40, una volta sbloccato la cifra faceva parte del saldo reale, sono riuscito a sbloccare 950€ che si sono convertiti in saldo reale ma al momento del primo prelievo da 500€( ti fanno prelevare solo 500 euro al giorno) lo annullano e si accreditano da soli 690€ inventandosi una scusa banalissima che nel bonus si può prelevare solo 5 volte quello che ti davano come fedeltà quindi 50 € massimo 250 e il resto lo sottraggono come cifra.

Do 4 stelle solo perché danno il limite di 500€al prelievo al giorno e per la tempistica più lunga di elaborazione rispetto agli altri. They simply does not want you to withdraw money. There is always a system error, their live chat is barely working amd customer service support is like a joke. Imagine you win something, you want to get your money, and here comes the first surprise: system does not let you. Then you try to contact them on live chat, which is simply not available like never. If you somehow catch them they do not help. I am not saying you will never get your money, but they will make you wait for very long.
