My experience with this company has been extremely horrible. I was promised a loan but I was told to get all these gift cards and I did and promised the loan. It's been 4 days and nothing has happened. The person I'm dealing with doesn't believe me when I tell him the truth, he keeps insisting that I get cards and said it's the last time, which has been a huge lie. Now I'm out a huge amount of money because of this promised loan and nothing has been done. They've been harassing me for more cards. I find it very difficult to deal with a company that makes promises and doesn't keep them.
I want all of my money returned that I have spent on this situation.

Just got a call about being approved for a loan. I never allied. I said the person they were locking for was not at this number and they asked me “what my f*&king name” was. Yes that’s a quote. And I said, excuse me thinking it was misheard. Nope. They repeated it 3 more time. This was after they called me 5 times in a row before I answered.

Names used by their staffs is fake.the sweet talk you to open an account promising heaven.As soon as the get your money the deceived by making profit and asked for more money.you can’t withdraw and when you realise they pass you from one staff to another

Fraud! They tell you one thing and sign you up only to change things later. Do not use them! Do not trust them. They treat you like cattle and they fail to deliver on what they promised.

Bogus Company
I am receiving the exact same email as the review a couple down. Same exact amount owed, same exact docket number. This is a total scam to get your information and your money. Never do business with this scamming company!!! BEWARE!!!!!

I like other reviews I have seen . Got an email that is exactly like the one posted in the reviews.. Word for Word.. I have asked what company since they claim so many and other claims.. all Bluff and Lies.. Turning over to the Federal Trade Commission.

Don't sign up for debt validation program with them. They say if they won't be able to invalidate some of your debts and creditor will file a law suit Golden Financials will refund the money you paid for the debt you are being sued for. They also say they will give you a free lawyer. No. It's a LIE!! I have two law suits filed now. They gave me a lawyer but they didn't refund me the money I paid them to invalidate the two debts I am being sued for. They said it goes towards the laywer. Plus debts got bigger because interest added. So I would be better of if I would just negotiate my debts right away without singing up with Golden Financials because at the end you will end up paying same what you owed right at the begining to your credit cards or even more because remember first of all you pay to Golden Financial each month (they don't refund when law suit filed and you have to settle the debt), plus as I said interest keep adding. So 2-3 years down the road your debts will be enormous plus you pay Golden Financial. Be careful!!

Fraude company. They have my personal information now and they won't answer anything anymore. Don't do business with them frauds

Buenas noches escribo para comentar sobre esta empresa que después de pagar 579 euros por adelantado para contratar un préstamo me han dejado sin préstamo y sin dinero mío adelantado.
Y no me lo quieren devolver así que tomaré medidas legales contra esta empresa a no ser que alguien de esta empresa me quiera ayudar por supuesto.
Esperare al lunes 8 para intentar solucionar el problema y que me devuelvan mi dinero adelantado y así todos amigos.
Parece ser franceses y igual no pertenecen a esta empresa pero presentan documentos de esta empresa y la Banque Postale.

I'm going to start this by saying - the company itself I'm sure is wonderful. BUT. I gave them personal information with NO follow up given to me. It's weird because people keep mentioning how great Rick is. Well that was who I was working with so he clearly picks and chooses how great he wants to be. So now I'm worried and constantly checking my credit reports to make sure nothing is open under my name that I didn't do. I was really uncertain at first about moving forward. After a few conversations with Rick and with my boyfriend, I decided to move forward. There were quite a few times I was told "I will reach out to you on this day around this time" with ZERO calls that day and time. Then a few days later I would finally hear back. There were a few times I was to reach out so I would. I spoke with my rep on a Saturday and he took preliminary information from me. He claimed to be at his home office and since my case needed an exception from underwriting, he would have to call me back that following Monday to finalize everything when he was in the office. Monday came. No call. Finally a few days later I get a call and he basically insinuates that I failed to call him. Then we speak and I get "I will call you tomorrow around this time" yet again. And that was the LAST time I heard from this guy. Now a random company has my personal information that claims to be Golden Financial but I do not trust them. I will never ever use them for anything. Not after all those red flags and a man that cannot follow up on anything he says he is going to do. Way too sketchy for me.

EDIT: The company has now been reaching out after I posted these reviews. While I feel like I have every right to be upset considering, I am now receiving rude emails from Rick in regards to the situation. He admitted to me that he didn't even remember my name. We spoke on a Saturday and by Monday he had forgotten my name entirely. So I, as a customer, don't feel like I matter. While there may be a lot of good reviews, some of us are entitled to bad ones when a bad experience happens. I wish I could upload the email that was sent to me by him a few minutes ago. All I want is for the company to delete my information out of their system and I am getting nothing but "I hope the people you deal with, in any aspect of life, are more forgiving because things do happen...its how we deal with those things that matters" (taken word for word from an email from Rick) I say there is nothing they can do to help because I don't want anything from them other then to have them remove my information. I have now lowered my review to a one star due to the pure attitude I am now getting.

I’m new to this process, have never had to go through anything like this before. Rick took the time to really explain things to me, sometimes over and over until I fully understand. Thank you Rick for treating me like a person and not just a payday. He took the time to get to know me and made sure I was comfortable with my discussion with out any pressure.
