Commande passe en février 2023. Je devais recevoir le colis en avril /mai puis ils ont annoncé un retard .. puis fermeture .. avec une commande de 280€ . Aucun remboursement, car personne ne répond , et ma banque ne peut pas non plus faire le remboursement car c’est un paiement par carte
À ce jour , jamais eu de nouvelles 1 an après.

j'ai commandé une paire à plus de 300 euros, il y a eu plusieurs mois de fabrication, ils m'ont fait patienter puis m'ont dit que je ne recevrais pa spa paire et serais remboursé, ça n'a pas été le cas et ils ne répondent plus. Grosse arnaque, du vol.

schoenen besteld vorig jaar en reeds betaald, meer dan 250 euro. de vooruitgang ging goed, tot op een bepaald moment ik een mail kreeg van henzelf dat zij het order zelf stopzette. Na 28 dagen zou ik heet geld terug gestort krijgen, maar dan opeens is het emailadres niet meer geldig en komen al mijn mails terug.

Ik lees nu dat al heel wat mensen zo opgelicht zijn

None of Zero is a scam artist.
Firstly, I ordered my shoe in October of 2020, he gave me a turnaround time of 8 weeks, the shoe was only sent in April 2023, only after my lawyer sent him an email about pressing criminal charges.

I paid for express shipping; he sent it via standard shipping (I was told that he doesn't want to do standard shipping as he had bad experiences with the post off stealing his customers shoes so asked me to pay for FedEx to be on the safe side).

He even told me to pay for insurance for the shoe and said if I don't receive it in 90 days we can claim, on the 90th day (10 July 2023) I sent Rohit a message and been messaging every day since, which he has been ignoring, I even posted on his TikTok comments, but he just deletes the messages rather than respond. Which shows that he knows what is going on but chooses to ignore the situation.

Whatever you do, do not trust Rohit Sood of None of Zero, he has no ethics, he's a liar and a thief, I lost all faith in dealing with such an under handed person. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited to post this review, but due to his poor customer relationship and the uphill I experienced with this person, I felt others should know exactly who they are dealing with.

I really don’t know how to feel about this because a lot of people are saying tha they are good and there shoes are a high quality and i’m not saying there are not but the thing that really frustrates me is that i have waited 2 months! for my £250 pair of shoes and when i got told that i had to wait 6 weeks i asked for a refund and they where using excused and not letting me get a refund and since then u noticed that there was something off I’ve know still been waiting for my shoes and the tracking website won’t work so i have no clue where them shoes are at and if they’re gonna come at all!! And i’ve been writing to them this whole time trying them to help me or reach out nah nothing no help at all they will only ignore me, i’ve emailed them got ignored, i texted them on instagram got ignored i’ve called them and it wouldn’t work i really don’t know what to do anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This guy and his side kicks are the biggest SCAMMERS!! They tell lies after lies after lies. I sent them my £200 Adidas trainers to be customised on 12th May 2023 and he promised it would take 4-6 weeks and we are now in July and I still have not received my trainers. They make this false promise of 4-6 weeks and then they extend the time to 120 days because after this time your bank will not provide a refund. They are now trying to blackmail me into signing a legal document to waiver all my legal consumer rights in order to get my trainers back. Of course I’ve refused to sign this trash document and I have no choice but to take them to the small claims court. I would recommend everyone do the same.

Would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company, it’s been an incredibly draining experience.

Firstly, they said my shoes were getting dispatched on multiple dates which never happened. After 6 months and no shoes I asked for a refund. It’s painful trying to get a reply from them. Eventually they told me they’d issue a refund if I “removed my review”. It’s now been 2 months since they supposedly issued this refund and there’s no sign of a refund or a reply. I’m pretty sure most of their reviews are fake. Would really advise to stay away from these guys

SCAM ARTIST
Paif over £250 for shows August 2022. Have been promised shows, refunds and a million and one excuses. I have now been blocked on social media and he won’t return any of my calls or messages.
A complete scam and has robbed my 14 year old daughter out of her birthday present.
Absolutely no shame!

LIARS- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I GAVE MY SHOES TO TO ROHIT FOR REFURBISHMENT IN MAY 2022. HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE 4 WEEKS. IT IS NOW MAY 2023 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHOES. 1 YEAR SO FAR! HE CONSTANTLY MAKES EXCUSES AND FALSE PROMISES. HE ASKED FOR MORE MONEY THAN QUOTED TO FINISH MY SHOES MID WAY THROUGH AND I PAID HIM THE EXTRA AMOUNT. HE KEEPS MAKING FALSE PROMISES AND LYING TO ME. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR SHOES UNLESS YOU NEVER WANT TO SEE THEM AGAIN!

UPDATE 30/05/23
Shoes have still not been received despite being told I would have them last Wednesday. Also been promised a pair for free if I didn’t have them by last Friday. I wait in hope as yet again my messages are being ignored.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Ordered 6th December and paid additional amount for pre Christmas delivery. Lots of empty promises between then and now but still no trainers.

Won’t allow me to collect trainers that are supposedly complete, now the tracking information from Royal Mail doesn’t work.

Astonished that I’ve been sent an email asking me to review my purchase that I’ve not received.

Maybe they will now respond to the emails and messages that I’ve sent over the last week that have been ignored 😡.

Do yourself a favour if you’re thinking of purchasing from these fraudsters, just STAY AWAY and keep your money.

Scam didn’t receive the shoes didn’t receive a refund

I ordered shoes last Sep 2022. and still, I couldn't get a refund. They repeated that the refund is issued and processed but not rly. And now No reply, No respond at all.

Ich habe über Monate hinweg auf diese Schuhe gewartet. Sie sind schon überteuert und dann musste ich auch noch 100€ Zoll zahlen. Alles schön und gut aber habe die Schuhe jetzt zum 4. mal an da ich sehr auf sie aufpassen wollte weil sie eben so teuer sind und das Dior löst sich schon von dem Schuh. Unverschämtheit…

STAY AWAY
I placed my order on November 28th 2022. I was told in February to expect them that week… Didn’t arrive. One week later I was told they’re getting shipped… Didn’t arrive. After this happening 5 times I messaged asking for a refund or to know what was going on and they stopped replying to me, and wouldn’t answer my phone calls. I then placed a review on here and swiftly received a message saying if I take down my review they’ll issue a refund (???) - Although I felt I was being blackmailed I took down my review and was told to expect a refund within 7-10 days. Again, this refund hasn’t arrived. I would strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this business. Absolutely disgusting

OMG I am sooo in love with my new shoes! My boyfriend always complains that I never wear tennis shoes. I never do. I found these online and they are so pretty and cute, and feel so comfortable! Perfect fashion statement too!! I can't believe I found this shop. Now all I wear are these shoes. I'm ordering another pair next month because I'm a national title holding beauty queen and competing at Nationals in a few months. I need a pair of tennis shoes for my travels and I need to look spectacular in my casual look/down time. However, we will be having photo opp's and papz pics. It's important that I look my best during these photos and not be in heels while being comfy. I will be rocking a pair of this brand for sure!! Thank you!! I am in LOVE!!

They scammed me. Order shoes in September 2022 and it is now March 2023 and still not received anything and he is ignoring my messages.

SCAM!!! I ordered a pair of trainers for my daughters Christmas present in mid-November. At first they were communicating well and promising me how good they will be. They didn't arrive in time for Christmas then they said no later than 14th Feb. That date came and went and still no trainers. I contacted them multiple times and I did get a phone call saying that there were issues with the quality check and it would be resolved in 7-10 days. 6 weeks later no trainers and no reply to various emails, have now begun to try and get my money pack through PayPal. Please avoid NOZ they are total scam artists.
