I didn't recieve my order, which was 5 creams. Around £55 worth. I reached out to customer services and was promised they would look in to it. That was like 2 months ago now and I still haven't had any correspondence, my cream or a refund. AVOID.

NEVER AGAIN!!.

Purposely bought this because of the price, 15 quid 10g so should be good. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.I have full body tattoos and used various creams on the market for half the price that took the edge off the pain. Reading into no nonsense 85% strength, I thought this would work. Don't be looking at the chart how many tubes you need IT DOESN'T WORK. DON'T BE FOOLED.

I bought the 85% for my first big tattoo up my forearm. Didn’t feel a thing, in fact didn’t feel a thing for the hours during the tattoo and for at least an hour so afterwards. Will definitely be buying again for the next tattoo

This is the only cream that actually works for me.
I highly recommend this for tattoos.
My pain threshold has dropped since peri menopause making it really unpleasant to be tattooed. Problem solved!

Just had a tattoo peice done on my thigh I put the cream of at 9am took it off at 10am and I felt no pain at all for my 7 hour tattoo and my leg is still numb now , 100% would recommend and definitely going to order more for my upcoming tattoos

Ordered item on Thursday paid for express shipping and it's now not coming till Tuesday absolute waste of time even buying it as it won't be here on time 😔

Received the cream however came with no instructions or anything else just the tube. I emailed the company and they replied quickly but explained that opening the tube causes the cream to loose its strength- I opened to do a patch test 3 days before my tattoo. I applied the cream on my spine an hour before my tattoo and it didn’t numb at all. Had an unpleasant smell also. Great communication from the company ast they responded quickly to my email regarding instructions etc but the cream did not work for me- no numbing experience and needs better packaging, instructions, ingredients.

Paid extra for express delivery but arrived late (after tattoo session!)
I would advise allowing PLENTY of time
for this product to arrive. Very poor admin skills, didn’t even apologise for late delivery. Or offer any kind of resolution. They even expected me to pay for postage to send back! I personally won’t be using this service again

I've just purchased some Gold Strength Tattoo Numbing Cream – 10g. I arrived in a padded pouch but there's no box & the tube is just white. No branding / instructions / ingredients. Nothing. It could be anything in the tube. I paid £13.50 & scared to use it.

This company is all about customer satisfaction, I had a problem with the delivery company, and they have been fantastic and have sorted out the issues straight away, I would definitely recommend this company if you want fast shipping and good customer service.
