We have been using these products for a while for our business and home. Always has been very happy but this last time it has been poor customer service. I explained that I haven’t received my order to customer service person- rather than checking I was suggested to check around house and also that person lodged in investigation. If he or she just checked tracking record they could see that it has been sent back due to damage. When I pointed that out I was told that - we will notify you when we receive your order. I actually don’t care when you receive it- send me out new one immediately. You can see it’s damaged and is on its way back- I paid for it so make sure customer is happy by organizing replacement. Why I need to know when you receive my damaged order -fix it? In past I received replacement order straight away - this time is such a lengthy process. I don’t think I’ll be shopping again here.

POOR DELIVERY SERVICE
My low rating is because on 31 March l paid $9.50 for shipping, it's now 7 April (Good Friday) and I have not received my shipment.
In order that you can assess the efficiency of the delivery service you use, on the same day (31 March), l also ordered some knitwear from SCOTLAND. My knitwear was delivered 3 days ago on 3 April.
I am unable to comment on the goods l ordered.
Thank you for your response. I suggest you are mistaken when blaming the public holiday. Good Friday was a week after l placed my order and surely it should have arrived by Thursday.
