Re Nooie 360 Cam. The camera works really well, great value for money. A recent software update did cause an issue with 'buffering' but quickly resolved by customer services, so all good.

I have had these cameras as a gift from a friend. They have been nothing but a nightmare.
Constantly having connection issues which require reconnection process to be rerun daily.
Then you have the customer Service. What a joke, they attempt to void the warranty by asking you to prove their is an issue.
"Take screen shots and try again in 48hours" I have had that response 5 times.
"Send us the invoice" sent and nothing thereafter.
Now out of the warranty period they can't do anything. This is frankly disgusting, I'm not surprised they have such a poor rating here.
Poor Customer Service & Safety Concerns Ignored
I contacted Nooie regarding two faulty smart sockets that create electrical sparks and damaged one of my lamps. This is a serious safety concern. I was not asking for a refund, only for warranty support or investigation.
Despite multiple emails, my concerns were repeatedly ignored or misunderstood. I was told the product was out of warranty, no longer manufactured, and that ânothing could be done.â My ticket was then closed without addressing the safety issue.
The communication was dismissive and inconsistent, and it felt like my emails were not properly read. For an electrical product company, failing to take safety concerns seriously is unacceptable.

Change time zone on your smartphone and you cannot sign in to the app. So if you want to access a plug or a camera when travelling, forget it. Nooie are aware, their response is 'computer says no'

This is the worst experience in a very long time...
I purchased 3 of these scrappy 360 cams and 1 of them within 10 months started with sound issues (I couldn't hear the sound in my son's bedroom).
Another one started having issues with the video (the screen all of a sudden went blank).
I contacted the slow customer service and their representatives were asking some stupid irrelevant questions (I guess just to kill time) and at the end they told me to buy new ones as the one I purchased were out of warranty.
I told them to forget and yes I will buy new ones but never for their crap. And so I did buy 2 new cameras very good quality and well known in north america, which I should have done on the first place.
I have told all my friends and relatives to watch out and never buy their crap.
They should not be allowed to sell these bs products in our country (CANADA) . Perhaps their crap is good enough for their country of origin (china).
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the product (360 indoor cam) and their customer service reps.
Donât Buy It Anymore: Zero Support When It Breaks
Weâve been using Nooie cameras for about 3 years now, including both the Nooie 360 Cam and the Cam 2. They were never perfect, but as budget-friendly baby cameras they generally did the job well enough.
One thing I really appreciated in the past was the customer support - it used to be excellent. Iâd get a helpful reply within a day, which really made a difference when something went wrong.
Unfortunately, thatâs completely changed. One of our Nooie Cam 2 units recently broke, and our experience trying to get help was awful. Support is now practically non-existent. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, there was no response at all.
To make matters worse, our oldest Nooie model (the 360 Cam) has just died today as well.
Given all this, my main advice is: do NOT buy these cameras anymore. The lack of support means youâre on your own if anything goes wrong. Weâll be switching to a different brand going forward.

We can't recommend Nooie. We bought three outdoor cameras. Unfortunately, they keep having to be reset.
There's no customer service, Nooie doesn't respond to emails.
We switched to Eufy - highly recommended.
Great Customer Service, Solid Product!
Weâve been really impressed with our baby room camera from Nooie â the quality is fantastic and gives great peace of mind. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Lena in particular went above and beyond to help us â friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Couldnât recommend Nooie more highly!
Using Nooie Cameras for around 4âŠ
I have had Nooie Cameras for around 4 yrs and have no complaints. I have x4 out door cams and 3 internal 360. All have worked as they should. If at any point you have an issue just power down and back on. One minor issue was the cameras staying on night vision during the day. Doing the above would resolve this. My only niggle was the cost of the cloud storage per camera but I purchased 128gb SD cards from Amazon so donât need it anymore. I would like to know if Nooie UK will launch the doorbell or outside cam pro as it would be good to upgrade. I love these cameras for the price. Yes better setups are out there but at a bigger cost. Happy as a long term user.

Bought an indoor baby camera- worked for a bit then stopped working and wonât reconnect. The camera just doesnât scan the QR code. Customer service just tell you to try again, useless, avoid these at all costs

It is super frustrating as this is a device that we as parents depend on and eventually Nooie will have to make a decision of whether to replace under warranty or fail to do so. Delaying just forces us to live without a working camera.

Decent monitor!
Weâve had this camera for nearly two years now and itâs been pretty good. Weâve now figured out how to get not me and my husband connected and itâs easy to use the app to check on the nursery. The only thing thatâs a little annoying is if you take it to someone elseâs house you have to reset and set up the camera again which is faffy but other than that itâs been great! Thank you!!

Donât waste your money on the cams , I subscribe to two cams , after week 10 days they stop recording to upload to view so you get no notification that itâs packed up nothing till you go and test it , itâs absolutely useless do not waste a single penny to these muppets .
