I recently tested the Nooroots master new knowledge supplements. I have been taking them for just over 3 weeks. After 2 weeks of use I have noticed that they are helping with my energy levels. I'm not feeling so tired by mid afternoon. This has impacted on my focus and brain fog. Having more energy I'm able to stay more focused and less forgetful. I like that there is no bitter aftertaste with these supplements and I found them easy to take

Another great opportunity to test there products. This one I really felt a difference! I only missed a couple of days as I was really ill but all in all I've felt loads better in general. I've felt like I'm in a better mood most days , my sleep has somewhat improved although not great but that is due to other issues I have .

My experience with the noroots company they deliver on what they say every time, I have tested a few great vitamin products ftlrom this brand and find them helpful to my health the most recent one was Ashwagandha and lions Mane. This appear to have helped my mental and physical performance. I love the fact that these are vegan too.

Easy to fit into my regime. Easy to swallow, with no after taste. These worked for boosting my energy when I was not having ME/CFS flare ups. Whilst having flare ups this supplement had little to no effect. Having said that my recovery time was a little shorter than before. My sleep improved slightly but also my calmness when I didnt get much sleep. Whereas before I'd be unorganised in my chores and errands.

I've recently spent 8 weeks taking Nooroots Ashwagandha and Lion’s Mane supplement. It took a month before I noticed a measurable difference but what a difference. These capsules are smaller than other capsules I have taken which is better because they are easy to swallow.
They helped with my brain fog and concentration. They definitely gave me a clearer mind.

I was given the opportunity to test Nooroots Ashwagandha and Lion’s Mane in exchange for my honest feedback.

I took two capsules every morning before breakfast. At the beginning, I noticed positive effects, I felt more focused during the day and my sleep quality improved, which was a nice surprise. After around 4 to 5 weeks, however, I started feeling a bit overstimulated, similar to having had too much coffee. I was definitely more active and focused, but also more restless, even though nothing else in my routine or lifestyle had changed.

That said, I still think this is a valid and well made product. The capsules are easy to swallow, leave no aftertaste and feel quite gentle overall. I also really like the packaging, it’s simple, clear and includes all the information you need without being overwhelming.

I did notice some benefits, so it’s possible the product may not have been the perfect match for me long term or that it didn’t combine well with other vitamins I take. Despite this, I would still recommend giving it a try, as everyone responds differently and I’d personally be happy to give it another chance in the future.

The supplement are easy to take and have no strong smell or after taste.
