I really live the Nooroots Ashwagandha capsules…started taking these I’m happy so far. I’ve noticed that I haven’t been feeling as anxious as I usually do & I'm also sleeping better. I also take them to improve muscle strength!

I feel calmer in situations that would normally stress me out, and my focus has improved — it’s easier to get through tasks without my mind wandering. I also feel like I have a bit more energy in the afternoons, which is usually when I hit a slump.
It’s not an overnight miracle — the effects crept in gradually — but now that I’ve been consistent, I can see the difference. On the downside, I’ve heard it’s not suitable for everyone, so it’s worth checking first if you have any health conditions.

I took Nooroots Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea from this company.thr capsules came nice packed and looked good quality.it was easy to take and initially it cause me slight upset stomach but i carried on taking it and it settled down in day or two.i have two kids under 3 so ireally need good stress free mind it makes me sleep deep and wake up not tired.i feel more energetic and i can work better i feel more calmer and i can play with my kids without getting tired.i ll definitely keep taking it

A quality supplement with recyclable packaging. With in a week I noticed a deeper sleep for longer hours, minimal difference to brain fog. I felt a lot calmer in my mood and found it easier to relax.

I took Nooroots Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea in the evenings to help relax me and aid sleep as I'm a rough sleeper. Ive been taking these for around 2 months, they helped with certain issues Ive had, like sleep . Im going to get some more as I think they had good.

I have been taking the suplements from the past month and they really been helped me. Going through a hard period of time they made me feel more relaxed and focused throughout the day. The sleeping has improved and I woke up more relaxed and my anxiety is under control. I love the fact that they are small and easy to swallow.

I love these products there helping me loads but got few headaches with this one put continued to use these and felt better my brain fog has gone and don’t feel as tired have lot more energy
