If possible, I could give zero star to this scam company. They used AI photo to draw your attention and promised for full refund if you were not satisfied. However, they sent you rubbish and when you requested for full refund, they kept on fool you around. I purchased at the end of November and I couldn't get refund up until now ! Please don't order from this scam company.

Absolutely disgusting product and the worst customer service I have ever experienced, customer adviser Claire must be AI as a real person would try to sort things out. Do not buy from this so called company.

What they sent me was a tiny plastic type lamp and nothing like what they were advertising. Also sent me a 2d plastic cat in an envelope which was supposed to be a lamp. Stay clear

Much the same as everyone else who got scammed. Product picture looks great but in reality it is SHITE. I did not read reviews first .MY BAD.will never order from them again. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DONF ORDER ANYTHING.

This product is a complete pile of junk. They appear to use stock photos when the item delivered is total plastic rubbish I wouldn't spend a quid on. I have demanded a refund. I do t hold out much hope though.

If I could give it no star I would. The product is cheap cheap cheap products made by a 5 yrs old. Nothing like advertised. Scammer all around. They probably used AI to make it look good. If I knew it was from China, I would not order because it cost me money to now return, Hope I get my refund! Fingers crossed.

Cheap injection molded plastic Chinese lamp falsely advertised as a handmade, detailed piece of craft. Worth £2 at best. Products shipped from China. They get them from a wholesaler in Shenzhen. Company is a disgrace.

I ordered a crystal stone mug when it arrived it was made of cheap resin really awful, then they would not refund me the full price only managed to get 40% refund please avoid this company!!!!

I received the worst, ugly, tiny, plastic piece of garbage from this store after seeing the advertisement for a lighted Yorkie lamp. I bought it for Christmas. It is so ugly, I could not believe this is what they sent to me. It is horrible. Tiny plastic thing that doesn't always light. Only if I hold the cord in a position for it to work. Do yourself a favor. Do not buy anything from Nora-Atelier. They are scams.

I ordered 2 items, based on video and description. They arrived today and I am utterly gutted and disappointed- the items are not what was described at all, they don’t look the same, it’s poor quality. Definitely not good enough to give as a Christmas present.

Do not purchase from this website. Received my order from a warehouse in China. It is falsely advertised and certainly not what is advertised on their website. False advertisement, way over priced and you can purchase the item from China for a fraction of the price they are charging.

Dishonest advertising. The product is nothing like the pictures. It is a cheap yellow plastic light up dog. The company also made it appear they are based in Ireland, but they are Chinese. Avoid like the plague.

Product nothing like advertised. Way smaller. Made of plastic and definitely not hand made like it says on their Facebook page. I should have known better to be honest but learn the hard way. On complaining the offered me a 10% discount at first I pushed them for 40% and they agreed but I only received 10%. By the sounds of it I should consider myself lucky. Stay far far away. Scamers🥺

Do not purchase from these scammers. The item I received was nothing like the website and the scammers don’t want to pay for the return to China!! There is a return address based in the UK but they won’t accept this address for the piece of crap to be returned to. It’s a way of deterring the return and then they don’t have to refund 😡

Trading as Nora Atelier but previously Milford Manchester. This company are thieves based in china. Poor quality items which when returned are refused so as to avoid providing a refund. Returned to china at customer cost. Left out of pocket. Do not place an order. Save your money and sanity.
