No response I think this company is scamming. Contacted Norluxe several times but they don’t reply.
Their Answer to contact them is computer generated. You will probably lose your money if you buy from this firm.

Absolutel disgrace money taken and no delivery of trainers pber 2 monhs ago.several e mails but auto response. Noreluxe should be taken down

Wow! Well, I have been duped and wish that I had read these reviews before I bought my trainers. A friend bought some shoes, which she received, and I really liked them so decided to buy some. That was in early February and several emails later, promising me to send my trainers within 5 to 10 days, still nothing. She has since bought some more trainers in another colour, and she has also not received them. I have now asked for a refund, but reading the reviews, doesn't look like that's going to happen. Do not buy from this company!

Despite promising send my shoes order no.2028 nothing has arrived.
This firm is fraudulent and should be banned!
They are thieves at best and involved in malpractice at least!

Ordered 2 months ago, no trainers, no refund and same email response! Do not waste your money!

Don't know why I'm.bothering with this but after my review company replied with a 'contact customer service' reply. There is no customer service. E mailed again but surprise surprise no reply. This company is definitely a scam. Sickens me the amount of customers money they must have amassed. They should not be allowed to advertise as I am no convinced there are no products.

Ordered trainers over ten days ago after seeing them advertised on Internet money has been taken NO trainers and no reply to the three emails I have sent requesting tracking and then I asked for a refund again NO reply.
What can be done about this company y taking money and not receiving item?

Really bad service, Made an order on the 13th of February, no update, no delivery, no refund. Will not reply to my emails, a pure scam of a company.

I would give this site -10stars if I could. I ordered a pair of runners which I never received, I then asked for a refund and after posting a negative review on trust pilot and they then sent me a refund form ,which I completed and returned to them. And since then the silence has been deafening, not a word from them and no refund has been made ,stay away from this website

I purchase a body shaper been trac king just checking an it says received i did not get it nor did the post office have it im a social media influencer an I know ppl and I. Going to let it be know you guys are scammers big time an it stop here I hold a degree in IT AS WELL

I bought some shoes 6 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived and no update. Sent an email and got computer generated reply saying my oder hadnt shipped and would be sent in 10 days. Spoke to Trading Standards who after research believe this to be a scam company and to warn people NOT to order from them! Please take note and be very aware.

I was really excited to get this suitcase. I’d bought a similar one in Dark Green from another company, and the Green one was solid and of great quality. When I received my Red Nora Luxe luggage piece, I was disappointed for a couple reasons: 1. Despite it being packed fairly securely, it arrived with a big dent on the top surface of the luggage piece. 2. The locks and handle are made of a really cheap plastic, that looks like it belongs on a Fisher Price toy. The luggage piece took over a month to arrive, and so I wasn’t able to use it on my recent trip. I would honestly return it, if it wasn’t so much a hassle to have received it in the first place. I don’t write negative reviews very liberally. However, I don’t see myself buying from this company again.

I have had a poor experience and believe noralux.store to be a scam. My 3 emails have been ignored and I have not received my order. Please do not order from this awful company.

I bought a pair of boots and was told I would receive an email when ready for dispatch. I have heard nothing since despite several emails. I have requested a refund but again no communication from the company.
Be careful of this company as no feedback and my money is gone

Beware, this site Noraluxe is a scam site, do not purchase from this site, I had the misfortune to order the so called orthopaedic runners, which do not exist, I was scammed out of €40.70, says to track order on a shop app could not track order on so called app, a copy and paste message appears for split second saying package delivered. Sent e mail to the so called customer support email that they provide that states you will receive a reply in one working day, but still have received no reply back and nor will I. Proper scammers.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Easy, hassle free returns do NOT exist. Your package will come from a CA address but the return address will be in China and will be the customer’s responsibility. Your product will be defective (mine had shoulder seams that were coming apart and hadn’t been worn or washed yet) and they will state that that doesn’t meet defective standards under their policy. Not only that, but the product is cheap for a reason and not worth the money spent. The material and product assembly is of exceptional poor quality. You’re better off at SHEIN or Temu. Seriously. And I NEVER say that. I wish that I could leave pictures here.

Also, their response to my review on here is a joke. I went back and forth with them via email for WEEKS trying to come to a resolution, sending pics, etc. This is how I know that their customer service is trash. They will LITERALLY do everything that they can to deny you a return. They will offer 15% back, then a discount on their site (why would I want to purchase from them again when their product is of such poor quality??), then they will tell you that the product is not defective despite pics showing that it’s falling apart. Seriously?! Contact them to resolve my issue?! That’s really funny. My order was $65. Cheapest to ship is back to China at the return address… $45. Return policy: defective items are covered by company. Item falling apart at seams = not defective per the company.

Total Scam. Everything is a lie. Buyer beware. This dolls are not handmade, not good for children to play with these dolls. They try to fake like they are a USA company but they are not! Everything is a lie.

I have now sent five emails to this company requesting information on the orthopaedic boots I ordered.NOT a response.
Their tracking device says they have been delivered which is complete nonsense , as they havent.
Don’t know who was supposed to deliver them as they havent not been in contact with me at all.
Noraluxe don’t insult my intelligence by replying with “email our customer services”
As it would appear no one is there.

This is a criminal organisation and their website should be closed !! I have been battling to get my refund for the past 1 month! I ordered an item in October and it didn’t arrived because they were out of stuck and in November 20th they said they processed the refund. My bank did not see the refund come back! I have sent several emails and I still don’t have my refund! This is a criminal act!!! Scam of a website!
