Very deceptive in terms of subscription and billing. Having seen bad reviews, I thought I was particularly careful in making sure it was a once off plan.
Suddenly I got notification that a debit order had gone off my account. Emailed Nord and was told " unless you cancel they will continue to bill'.They have cancelled but do not refund. Unethical business.

This is my story which sounds very familiar to many others. I signed up for a month's free trial which cost me $35... I haven't used the trail as yet. After checking my account today, I discovered they have taken $177.45 from my account on the 20th of Jan and a further $164.99 on the 23rd of Jan... just three days later! No correspondence, no product, just a dirty scam.
Stay away people, don't be sucked in by these dishonest people !!!!

Great app, easy to use and good customer service.
So far I've really enjoyed using this app. The videos are easy to use and I can definitely see and feel a difference already.
Customer service has been excellent! I had a minor issue with my subscription and my query was answered immediately and handled in a friendly and professional way.
I would say be mindful of the setup process as there may be some hidden costs when you first sign up, but as long as you know what you're selecting and which services you are choosing at the start it's definitely worth it.
I never expected face yoga to be something I could incorporate in to my day, but this little window of self care has proven to be a real game changer both physically and mentally. Highly recommend!

After reading the reviews it seems that not only is Nord Yoga acting fraudulently but there is also inconsistency in fees charged without consent or information.. I also signed up for a free trial and charged 12 euros and another 92.48 euro on the 12 th December and again on the 12th January. Nord.Yoga gave the advertisement that I will be charged $1.45. They made it hard to cancel membership. They charged me $ 25, $168, $ 168 unfairly, misleading and making it hard to cancel membership. Very very dissapointed.

This is a scam. I signed up for a free trial. Before the trial ended I cancelled app as I needed surgery and would not be able to do the exercises. So far they have charged me £15.80 for the âfreeâ trial and 2 monthly amounts of £79.11 despite me contacting my bank to ask them to stop payments going out. I will be taking this further.

A SCAM! I agreed to a 4 week introduction pack for ⬠18,47. But without any notice they have been withdrawing an amount of ⬠92,48 (!) every month for the past three months. Of course no unsubscription options in the app. As I can see in the other reviews, this happened to many people. Avoid 100%.
