AVOID- do not be beguiled by the fraudulent favourable reviews. This company lacks transparency and has charged me £800 for monthly charges. Iâm embarrassed that I missed the cut off point and was then charged an enormous £80. I never dreamed that this could be a monthly recurring charge!!!! The course does not meet the expectations set by its presentation. The exercises lack structure, clarity, and depth, which significantly impacts the overall value of the program.
I reached out within 7 days of purchase after realizing these issues, but my refund request was declined based solely on policy, without meaningful consideration of the concerns raised.
While I understand that policies exist, a complete lack of flexibility in situations like this reflects poorly on the companyâs commitment to customer satisfaction. If I could put 0 I would have do it!
I would encourage potential customers to carefully consider this before purchasing.
