The user experience is quite poor. I signed up for a one-month subscription, but when it ended, my card was charged nearly â¬100 without any clear confirmation, apparently for a six-month plan. This was extremely unexpected and disappointing. Overall, the experience felt misleading, and I would advise others to be very cautious.

Deceptive business practices
Deceptive business practices! Nord Yoga lures you in with a decent 4-week plan at $21.99, then surreptitiously traps you in a recurring subscription, charging $105.99 per month after the initial plan ends. They said I, the customer, agreed to these charges somewhere in the checkout process, but it mustâve been hidden well as I usually have a keen eye for these details as a proofreader. They also said the details were given in a follow up email, but there is nothing about a recurring subscription fee in that email, only confirmation of the 4-week plan at $21.99. I requested screenshot proof of the recurring subscription notice but have received nothing to date. Iâve only received responses saying, basically, âyou agreed to thisâ which I absolutely did not. This company utilizes deceptive business practices to steal $$$ from customers. Bad business. Do not be deceived!

NB - Their response below is rubbish, Iâve been in contact with customer service and stand by what I said, itâs a total scam, signed up and paid for a 4 week subscription which wasnât very good. (The written instructions didnât match the video demonstrations). Checked I didnât need to cancel anything but as email said Iâd only paid for a 4 week trial and there was no way to cancel any subscription on the app I thought I was ok. No, £79 just came out of my account, apparently the only way to stop this happening is to contact customer service.

AVOID like the plague
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Not only does it not work, the description of the exercises often doesn't make sense and /or doesn't reflect what the model is actually doing. As well as that, it is NOT a free trial - I was charged £15.80. In addition, they have now sneakily charged my card with £79 with absolutely NO REMINDER or notification that my "subscription" was being renewed.
Apparently it's buried in their terms & conditions.

It is a complete scam. I only signed up for one month at £15. There was no indication that this was a trial; no explanation of continuing charges; and, no suggestion that a £79 a month would automatically be charged. I complained to Amex about lack of clarity and being charged £79 without my permission. Nord Yoga sent them masses of incoherent paper work ( passed on to me) which implied that clicking on âstart planâ showed the monthly subscriptions would continue. I was never directed to that information when I signed up. Nord Yoga refused to refund the £ 79.11 and quoted their policy for â no refundsâ, which I had never been directed to when signing up. There are numerous similar complaints on Trust Pilot so I think my next move is to involve the Financial Ombudsman so that others are not scammed in the future.
