Nordfrim provided me many new issues of the US used stamps. I found a lot and filled up my collection of USas stamps. It is a very good company wery helpful. I could cancel my membership of the new GB stamps.

I have made several purchases from their website and all transactions went perfectly. Exactly what you want from a mail-order service.

Beautiful stamps, fast and corteous service, absolutely reliable.

If you could state if the stamp is hinged or not would be helpful, also is the picture of the stamp the actual stamp that you send or not. When I ordered a Swiss stamp SW0160 the picture shows the label on the right, but when I got the stamp there was no label.
Putting the shipping Tracking numbers on the Order details page would be helpful also, and having a Wish list, sometime If I put something in the basket and I don't order for a while it gets emptied.

Otherwise I'm very satisfied, and I've received my shipments in good condition

I really like to shop on your web sight, and I would probably buy more stamps, but the shipping fees are way too high. Unless I am buying stock books, what I would buy otherwise wouldn't usually come close to the $175US, to receive the free shipping option. Because the fees for anything under that total are just too high. I buy stuff from other parts of the world where shipping fees are a fraction of what you charge.

Nordfrim is Fantastic. I received a box with many stamps and stamp supplies. This was very useful during Covid 19 to keep my mind busy. There were many varieties of stamps, but sometimes too many of one kind.

Coming from a third world country, I can only be amazed at the efficiency of the service. Brilliant.

A decent site with a lot of useful products. However, it is not the easiest to navigate and find what you may need. Especially as a novice. The descriptions are accurate once you understand what they mean. The images do not always show all pertinent views. When items are back ordered it is not clear as to whether the item will be available in a week, weeks, or months. Having an anticipated arrival time frame is helpful if an item is needed soon. Do I wait or look for an alternate? For similar items of slightly different sizes, especially for a novice, it can be difficult to figure out how significant the differences are and whether the item is really adequate or not. Often, other items that show up on a search seem to be completely irrelevant to the search request. Again, for a novice, providing irrelevant items makes the process of trying to find a workable and usable item a bit frustrating. I really like the choices available. Just wish the site was easy to navigate, find, and differentiate between the items listed.

I have just received the booklet you sent along with the gift of stamps for which I thank you very much.

Having read the booklet I was very disappointed to find that the minimum order is 135 GBP and so as I am unable to order that amount in one go I will have to look elsewhere, which is a shame as your offers seem interesting and affordable to casual collectors such as myself.

Order arrived in damaged and bad condition with 10 x 16 page stock books missing, a Stanley Gibbons GB Catalogue missing and several smaller items also missing, I sent an email with photo attachments, Nordfrim have not replied, obviously disappointed for a USD$175 order, will update if they ever reply.

Nordfrim have replied, I probably should have given them more than 5 days to reply due to COVID19 restrictions, but I was naturally disappointed. Nordfrim have advised that they will replace all of the missing items. I am very satisfied with the outcome and their email reply.

New order arrived today in good condition/all items, I definitely, recommend Nordfrim.

Little story. First time I used Nordfrim it was for four circular plastic clear containers to hold collectable coins. Thought they seemed a little expensive, but bought four anyway. They arrived promptly and I did get four...packets of ten coin holders...40 in all! Made everything so cheap including postage. Strongly recommend. I will use again...and again...and.. Nick Birnie
