Excellent customer service and all product purchases packaged well and posted promptly. Very happy with all of the purchases I have made with Nordfrim.

I purchased 5 stamp albums. The order was processed quickly and I was kept informed. The items were well packaged and protected. I had to allow for the time of an international delivery but that was reasonable.

I have placed many orders and have only once been less than 100% satisfied but I had not read the description properly. I find Nordfrim to be great to work with, prompt to send materials out, and easy to communicate with if there has been a question. I anticipate continuing to order from them!

Excellent company. I have been looking for specialty stamps and happened across Nordfrim. contents of email are very clear- once order is placed there is prompt communication and till the shipment is effected. No complaints once items ordered were received .
on the terms eg kiolware were not familiar to me - may be they have web help page where they give explanation for some of the philately terms
