Automatic confirmation of received order was sent, but after that no delivery nor answer to any email requesting status info was received. This site is a 100% scam.

Kyseessä on entinen Astro-Art-Store, ja oma kokemukseni on ollut todella huono. Maksu otettiin vastaan normaalisti, mutta tuotteita ei koskaan toimitettu eikä rahoja palautettu pyynnöistä huolimatta.

Yhteydenpito on ollut vaikeaa eikä asiaan ole saatu kunnollista ratkaisua. Selvitämme parhaillaan mahdollisia oikeudellisia toimia yritystä ja sen vastuuhenkilöitä vastaan.

Suosittelen pysymään kaukana tästä kaupasta ja käyttämään vain maksutapoja, joissa on ostajansuoja.

Paid for the order but never received the products or a refund. Very disappointing experience.

Rebrand of AstroArt Finland, a webstore notorious of taking orders and not delivering them, as well as not refunding cancelled orders. Customer support is of no help even if they respond to you. Response time is anything from a few days to a few weeks to never. Do not buy from this store.

Six items were ordered and paid for, but only one was delivered.
Thank goodness it was the most expensive one... Multiple email inquiries went unanswered!

After I had already paid, the shop changed its name and website from
astro-artstore.de to nordicastro.com. This is a massive red flag and
typical behavior seen in scam-like operations.

I ordered on 28 December 2025 and paid 863.14 € by bank transfer.
My payment was immediately confirmed, but months later I have received
nothing: no product, no shipping information, no tracking number, and
absolutely no replies to my emails.

The website claims “We reply within 24 hours”. This is simply not true.
There was only complete silence after taking my money.

Based on my experience, this business does not appear legitimate at all.
In my opinion, this shows clear fraudulent patterns: take the money,
ignore the customer, change the company name, and disappear.

I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this shop and never pay by
bank transfer.
