As per other reviews, I ordered an ice bath gor a xmas present on 8th December and it didn't arrive. Tried to make contact with NordicWay but they don't have a telephone number and the 3 emails associated with this company don't work.

The place is a scam! Don’t not order with them!
Take your money and both email addresses are fake. Nationwide is currently investigating the fraud!

Ordered an ice bath and thermometer on the 30/11 still no sign of it! DO NOT ORDER I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER

Update 10/01/25: Nationwide confirmed the company was not legit. Also name has been change on Trustpilot to Chaserzz when it’s still Nordicway

False advertising. Lid not as described and just an elasticated cheap cover which collapses in when it rains, along with any debris etc. Contacted them twice to resolve before leaving feedback and they don't even bother to reply. Avoid this company

The usual low quality drop-shipped crap from China. Split down the seam before even filling it up. No response from customer service or contact page. Avoid.

Avoid this rubbish company! Similar experience to many others. Rubbish company and when you try and contact them radio silence! Order a thermometer, never worked properly, tried to contact them within 2 weeks of receiving it and have had no response! Scam artists, avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs! same as other reviews the icebath I ordered wouldn’t inflate so I recorded it and submitted the video to customer services they responded saying they would replace it since then it’s been radio silence, I’ve sent multiple emails asking for the replacement or a refund and not a single response back!

Bad thermometer. It has never worked right. I wrote them an email and they asked me to take a picture of it. I wrote them back telling them it doesn’t turn on. I’ve written many more emails with no response. Go with The Pod Company instead of Nordic Way. Very disappointed!

Never received my ice bath ordered on 3rd July. Sent 4 emails now response. Finally got through to customer services who informed me yodel had delivered it and they would contact me back to sed where it had gone with photo evidence. Still waiting for a call. I've left 3 or 4 voicemails as it's a mobile number only. So no item and no refund not even a call. I'm going to continue ringing daily until I take it further. Awful company

Contacted them prior to ordering with simple question and got no reply should have known better but went ahead and ordered. Then the ice bath started leaking after a couple of months with no sign of any holes and have since contacted them 3 times with no response. If you are buying one use a trusted product and company that actually respond!

Kundenservice hat sich gemeldet nach 2 Wochen. Ich solle zeigen, dass Artikel noch ungebraucht ist, für die Retoure. Seit dem keine Rückmeldung mehr! Und das ist jetzt schon mehrere Wochen her! Finger weg von diesem Online Shop! Kauf hier ja nichts! Viel zu riskant! Bin sehr enttäuscht! Aber erleichtert, dass immerhin die Ware geliefert wurde! Ich rate euch von einem Kauf ab!

I am really concerned regarding the lack of customer service replies to my emails. I have emailed this company 3 times and they take 3/4 days to reply and when they do reply they don't actually do anything for you. The reply with holding emails so you don't actually get anywhere. All I am looking for is a returns label for a refund but after approximately 2 weeks I'm still waiting. Not the way to run a business.
Stay well clear if you want to avoid frustration.

I ordered 10 days ago and money taken out immediately. Delivery stated 1-2 days.
I have emailed company several times for an update with no response, even tried messaging them via Facebook with no response.
If this is a legitimate company the minimum should be a reply to an email. Avoid at cost, they are clearly fraudsters. Will be reporting to the authorities and asking bank to take action to reclaim funds.

Bought as a birthday present which clearly doesn’t look likely to arrive in time
The company have our money but clearly do not have the decency to reply to our emails
Suspecting fraud will need to take action with our bank

Followed the instructions to set up, inflated the ring as much as the pump would allow but the ring was mishapen. Figured with some water in it, it may sort itself out. It didn’t. Didn’t want to risk getting in it, so emptied it and contacted the company to return it. They want me to put it back together again and fill it up then take a photo before they’ll even consider a refund. When I explained I wasn’t willing to do this for a photo after giving them a detailed explanation, and asked to return the item, they just ignored me. I had to follow up a week later with an email asking if I’ll get a response on how to return. They again have asked for a picture- which involves wasting water before considering the next step. They refuse my right to return. Avoid this company they are not worth the trouble when you have a customer service related problem.

I’m an email from them not allowing me to return this from raising a dispute with my bank/trading standards.

Purchased the product in Dec 2023. 4 months later the "insulating hood" (this is a flimsy bit of elastic plastic, miss sold as an innovative design, which on the website looks solid but is anything but) has ripped due to the poor design (other brands provide an inflatable ring in-between the water and hood so if it rains the weight doesnt pull on the hood) Due to the flimsy material used the hood has ripped in multiple places. Further to this the weight of water pulls down the inflatable external ring, due to this design flaw the poor quality plastic used on the external inflatable ring easily gets holes (hence they provide multiple patches, which don't work). If the hole is in the join then you cannot patch it. In summary, an expensive item left down buy poor quality design and parts. Would not recommend NordicWay.
