I order a watch from Nordstrom Rack. When the package arrived the watch box was empty except for a cleaning cloth and a registration card for the watch. I called customer service and they opened an inquiry which they said would take one to two days. The next morning I had an email stating that they would not process a refund without any explanation. I called customer service again to get more details and they referred me to another phone number. When I called that number I got an Indian man who introduced himself as John. John put me on hold for approximately five minutes. When he returned he stated that a refund would not be processed because a year prior I reported an item missing from another order (costume jewelry - $27.95) and they had issued a refund for that item. Basically he was calling me a crook. I told him that I had been shopping at Nordstrom for 46 years and this was a terrible way to treat a loyal customer. He didnât care. The way he talked to me was a horrible experience. No one should be treated that way. I will no longer shop at Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom. Itâs ironic how Nordstrom once had a reputation for excellent customer service. So now, they have my $300.00.
Why can't i change the size instead of receiving the wrong size just to return them
I ordered a pair of sneakers made 2 payments on my afterpay account. I then realized it was a men's size they wouldn't let me change the size or cancel the order I have to be inconvenienced of receiving the order then returning it. It's so simple to just change the size but they already proceed and prepared for delivery in 15min of order I caught the mistake rather quickly still no resolution none at all but I should have checked the reviews because there are alot of complaints and dissatisfied customers

Please read - employees engaging in fraud
I am an online shopper as I have zero patience to shop in person. I use the Nordstrom and the Rack apps. A few days ago, I ordered a known brand name leather bag on the Rackâs app. As usual, I got the email confirming the order and tracking information. Yesterday, the usual Nordstrom box arrived, with a Nordstrom shipping label. Everything looked good. I opened it. Inside, there was a pvc bag I later learned is usually sold at Target, but it had the designer and Nordstrom Rack tags attached to it. I was shocked. I immediately drove to the store and â to my dismay â was treated as if I were the fraudster, even though I had purchased several other items, provided them with my account information, address and credit card used for the purchase. I also had the Nordstrom box and label used to ship the fake bag. This fraud clearly happened inside the Nordstrom Rack store that shipped the item (Orange, CA), but the store refused to refund me and told me I had to send the fake item back to Nordstrom Rack by mail!!! I contacted customer service on the spot, and this was confirmed. Unacceptable in my opinion. I put my credit card company to the task of challenging the purchase but canât help but to think of people who might not have that option. This surely will prevent me from buying from Nordstrom Rack online again.

Nordstrom Rack ships used products
Ordered Nike V5 RNR âŠ.the box the shoes came in was MANGLED WITH THE TOP MISSING. And I know it was shipped out like that because the actual bag the package was shipped in was not damaged at all. The shoes themselves were clearly USED/WORN/DIRT/SCRAPES. The shoes were stretched OUT like someone with a larger foot wore them then returned them, stretched out is an understatement. The laces were dirty in spots where someone clearly âpulledâ on them during the stretching out of the shoe. I immediately contacted them ⊠they absolutely DID NOT care. Their response was âreturn themâ. That made me realize, they KNEW what condition the shoes were in when they shipped them and that they, as a company, could not care less about what they ship to you. *EDIT ADDED* 3 weeks for a refund!

I am a regular client ! I made purchases in Glendale location several times. I had a wonderful experience at the Glendale, CA Nordstrom Rack ! Cashier Meri G. was incredibly fast and friendly despite the long line. She made sure all my items were properly packed and handled with great efficiency. Give Meri G. a raise !
Prosper TX Customer Service Sucks
The 1 star was for the merchandise. I give customer service zero. I went to pay and was next in line waiting while the two cashiers helped their current customers. One finished and had done a bunch of returns so she went to the back table to start assembling and re tagging the merchandise. She knew I was waiting as I was standing in line already while she was helping the other guest. She continued to process the returns with her back facing me and the line that was forming behind me. The other cashier was taking her sweet time helping the other customer. I waited 12 minutes in line (I was next so they helped NO ONE for 12 minutes) while she did her thing with the returns. The other cashier was still working with her original customer. Never a greeting or an apology- nothing. Might I mention that the manager was âfixingâ merchandise on the rack directly behind the que and saw the line forming and our eyes met, but he did nothing and said nothing to the employees.
Disgusted by the scam
I ordered a pair of Rag & Bone white denim shorts for $80. They arrived with several red clearance stickers on them for $23.97. They were also riddled with disgusting stains. Allowing me to purchase clearance shorts for 80 dollars, covered with bright red clearance stickers, is just a huge middle finger to (me) the customer. The audacity to charge me 80 bucks for shorts they're selling for $23,97 is mind-blowing. Fraudulent and will never shop there again.

False Advertising
I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from their website, which claimed they were made in Italy. However, when the package arrived, I discovered that the sunglasses were actually made in China, as indicated on the arm of the sunglasses. To make matters worse, when I attempted to leave a review on their website about my experience with the product, my review was rejected. I received an email stating that my review âdid not meet all their website guidelines,â even though I had not made any unusual or inappropriate comments and there was no option to dispute this decision.
So I have decided to leave this review here instead!

Complete fraudulent clothing company I ordered a coat back in January and they sent me a tracking number to make me think they shipped it...long story short the order was routed somewhere in China and it took 33 days before posting as being delivered they sent me a link it says delivered but my address is missing when I reached out to thier fake customer service department all I got was a response from AI saying to check the tracking information
First and Last Purchase from Nordstrom
I ordered a pair of shoes and paid $15 for two day delivery, thinking that way I would avoid delivery problems. First, I was disappointed to discover Nordstrom Rack uses Laser ship/OnTrac for their 2 day deliveries. Next, Nordstrom did not get my shoes to OnTrac until the expected delivery day. OnTrac did deliver 2 days later (placing the package in front of my garage door where I could have easily backed over it). Finally, I contacted Nordstrom to request a refund of the price difference between 2 day and standard delivery. Their only customer service contact is AI Rosie which hung up on me during my first call, and informed me I could not get a refund my second call.
This was my first and last order experience with Nordstrom Rack online.

I ordered shoes on sale and they sent me the wrong size. I called "customer care", which is a joke. When the AI agent finally transferred me to a human, I asked if I could exchange the shoes or if there's anything else I can do. This man was so rude I actually hung up to avoid blowing up at the support staff. He was reading responses from a script like "our sale policies are very clear". This has been absolutely un-f***ing-believable. I feel like I got scammed and that was surprising for a Nordstrom brand, but I guess they've gone down hill fast.
