Norfolk Fire Group recently installed a new fire alarm system in our hotel in Norwich, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service from start to finish.
The team were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They guided us clearly on what was required and ensured everything was installed to the correct standards. The work was carried out efficiently with minimal disruption to our business.
We’ve also arranged for them to carry out our annual fire alarm maintenance going forward, which gives us great peace of mind.

Had Norfolk Fire Group replace 37 fire doors that weren't up to standard. They removed the old ones and fitted the new certified ones with the right hinges, seals and closers. Every door works properly and everything's compliant now. Team was tidy and kept me in the loop throughout. Would use them again.

Detectors, call points, sounders, control panel, all fitted and tested. They showed us how everything works before they left which was helpful. Minimal disruption and the install was clean.
