The customer service was absolutely brilliant. A replacement table top was sent to us by a super delivery team. Amy was fantastic and was very helpful and friendly.

We have bought further garden furniture items this year from Norfolk Leisure to add to our collection. As in the past, they are easy to communicate with and prompt with their delivery. Products are excellent and so I would wholeheartedly recommend

I was looking for a replacement night cover for a cantilever parasol which I had bought from my local Garden Centre.
I managed to identify that it was a Norfolk Leisure item. The very helpful customer service lady, Lah, found the right one and placed the order. Excellent service.

This business is awesome!!
Have spent thousands with them and the service is superb. Expect good and multiply that by 100 and you will be close.
Had a couple of minor issues and the guys were straight out. That is awesome.
The product quality could not be better and if you compare elsewhere you realise what you should expect in garden furniture.
Obviously have purchased here a few times as they are my first and only choice.

Matt and David could not have done a better job of installing our pergola, they arrived on time and executed everything with true professionalism, which was excellent.

Their work was meticulous in its approach and their attention to detail was second to none.

They cleared up after themselves and spent time showing us how everything worked, they are to be praised and highly recommended as installers and they are lovely chaps as well.

I did not expect to be writing a review some 7 years after purchasing our garden furniture set. But Norfolk Leisure Customer Services is amazing. I contact them to enquire about repairing or replacing the spraystone table top, which had started to peel and looked unsightly and unhygienic. Having explained the problem and provided photographic evidence, they kindly offered to replace the table top for me free of charge. This was arranged very promptly. The rest of the set has aged exceptionally well, particularly as the metal frame lives outside all year round. So the product quality is also 5 star. Thank you Norfolk Leisure.

Had an issue with a broken part on my garden chair. After speaking with customer services and a couple of emails it was sorted within 24 hours and the part sent. Lah Richardson was brilliant and the customer service was quick and attentive. Thanks.

Amy in customer service has been amazing in ensuring I got the correct replacement canopy for my garden must haves parasol. I
Mistakenly had ordered the wrong one and having let Amy know she spoke to her technical team, reorder the correct one and has arranged collection of the others. I had found it very hard to find the right replacement until I found Amy at Norfolk Leisure!

I ordered a garden parasol (through the Wayfair website) which is lovely but I couldn’t figure out how to operate the tilt function. I sent an email with my problem and received a very prompt reply which resolved my issue.

We are absolutely delighted with our LIFE Outdoor garden furniture, the quality is superb. But what really stood out for us was the fantastic customer service we received when choosing our furniture. Sandra was amazing, answering our initial email enquiry and then talking us through the different makes and styles in person at the showroom. She was incredibly responsive and made us feel like VIP customers, even though we suspect she has quite a big job. We can’t recommend her / Norfolk Leisure highly enough, thank you!

Had taken down roof slats on a gazebo for winter.
Lost the screws and fittings.
Did not have the booklet.
They emailed booklet so I could order the parts I needed.
All sorted.
