DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I would give them negative stars if I could! First they say it’s shipping from California or New Jersey but it is China They’ll tell you 3-5 days shipping then when you don’t get it they’ll tell you it’s been extended to 7-15 days. They keep delaying you and YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE ORDER. Trying to get a refund is even worse!! They are scammers and try to refuse your refund, then they try to only give you 40%, 60%,90% of it back I’m sure they do this to everyone as a way to scam at least a little bit to keep from each person! Now my order number no longer exists in the system coincidentally Today is 9/24/2026 and the order was placed 6/30/2026 and I’m STILL fighting for my measly $31 back! NO CUSTOMER SHOULD DEAL WITH THIS BS! Save yourself the hassle as you will never get the product anyhow. I’ve disputed the charges with the bank and will get my money back. Save yours!!

I ordered a pack of bras from this company, never received my order as of today. I ordered the 1st week of August, 2026 no response from them. I want my refund back or I will take legal action on this.

I ordered a bra pack the begining of June. By the end of June I still had not received. I contacted Norhale and they said it was delivered and sent the shipping status. Told them I didn't receive so they sent a new order. By the end of July didn't receive the second order. Beginning of August told them to refund my money to same form of payment I orderd with. It's now August 27th and no refund. Also paid for tracked shipping. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Waited over a month and never received package! Delivery showed package sat in my city for 4 days then was "delivered". The email address for Norhale kept giving me the run around and ultimately I had to file a Charge back with my bank. A horrible experience, I should have researched the company more before buying from them!!! BEWARE.

Absolute scam never received my order! Reached out to customer service, they said they resent the order a second time. The tracking says it was delivered 7/30/26. Lies!!!!Still undelivered to me.

Love, love love this gorgeous sweater. This sweater is very soft and has lovely knit.

This hat is really trendy, and it comes at a budget-friendly price.
