The prices in normal are fab, ive been a few times now and the quality of products has always exceeded my expectations.

Great store with a range of products with a variety of prices. Some products like you can see on TikTok. Thankfully, the initial excitement has died down so there is no more line waiting outside. But... もっず芋る

At NORMAL, we sell completely normal products at abnormal prices. The range includes well-known brand products in e.g. skin care, hair care, dental care, shampoo, make-up and cleaning. In short: All the things that you cannot do without in your everyday life, and that you would rather not must be missing from the shelves at home. All items are sold at fixed, low prices, which means you won't find bargains and price-breakers with us. Instead, the items cost the same every time you come.

The cutest shopping place

I must say there is no place better in customer service than Normal.
I was searching for a Lip balm which I received as a freebie on the app. I was finding it difficult to search it, so I asked one of your representatives to help me find it. He was restocking, but was kind enough to leave it for a while & help me find the Lip balm. I have never seen a kinder staff helping me search a mere lip balm.

Then after a few days I had a query on the unscramble game on the app, and I write an email to the customer service about my issue & I got a reply immediately.

I mean lets be honest, customer service not only solving your issue but getting back immediately whether it was at the store or through email, Normal aced both.

Normal lives up to their tagline(of being abnormal :), coz getting back to a customer query so quickly in today's scenario & staff being so so helpful in not normal :), but you guys got back so quickly & are so helpful. So thank you so much.

This makes me visit your store more often which I do every Sunday in the Ilac store even if I have to just window shop sometimes because it gives me joy.

And I genuinely hope someday I work for Normal :) which is so kind towards their customers, it would be my privilege.
