I accidentally ordered a ring in the incorrect size and the team were so helpful in getting it fixed for me. I am really happy with the product and the customer service has been excellent.

I had bought a ring for my wife as a birthday present, and it was beautiful. The stone fell out of the ring within the first year, but when I reach out, the customer service did a stellar job of facilitating the repair of the ring at no charge. They were great with communication and it made me feel valued. Would definitely buy from them again! Beautiful products.

No complaints, I bought a custom bracelet for my fiance. The measurements and customisations were exactly what I had asked for, was presented nicely, and arrived promptly!

I am really pleased with the gold ring which is perfectly sized. Presentation box is beautiful.
The only downside was the expected despatch of 3-6 business days did over run so I advise to order early if the item is for a special occasion.
Customer support was excellent.
I would order again from them.

It took me a while to find what I wanted. I visited different places and came upon this ring. It is simple and lovely. The Olive branch leaves, representing peace and new beginnings, a perfect match for me. If you’ve been married a long time as I have, it’s a great piece to have as a reminder of what marriage is and should be every day. The ring is not too big not too small, just right for a person who is always using their hands, whether that be planting a garden, like I do, or typing on a computer, which I try to avoid doing, lol. Anyway a perfect and lovely reminder of how we should live our lives. If you’re that kind of person, this ring is for you, hand crafted and 14kt gold, a small but lovely statement piece.

It was my first choice when picking a gift for my wife, but the last time, they couldn’t deliver it by the promised date for Mother’s Day. When I tried to get help, I couldn’t reach them straight away; they got back to me a few days later and simply said this was normal and that they could provide me with a code if I wanted. Do they have a code that can turn back time? Because my order arrived two days after Mother’s Day. It was a real disappointment.

I didnt know anything about this brand so l hesitated if l should purchase a ring or not. Contacted a customer service, asked a few questions and all of them were kindly and factually answered so l gave it a go. Happy me.
I can highly recommend this brand and the customer service. Great, very helpful team. My ring is exactly like in the pictures and l believe its a great value for money.

Very disappointing experience. The delivery was delayed far beyond the promised timeframe, and communication was poor.

The ring arrived defective with a missing stone. The seller promised a partial refund but never followed through.

The material is very low quality — a fragile alloy that feels cheap, and a small part of the ring broke off after a short time.

Would not recommend. Lowest rating.

I am based in Dubai and waited almost a month to receive two rings. They came in the wrong size and at delivery i was charged with another Aed 350 for import taxes and other stupid charges. There is nothing special about the rings and i regret purchasing them and wasting my money. I now have to bear more costs to return them. This is complete B.S. Do yourself a favor and save your money or buy from your local gold shop.

I ordered a ring with my Christmas gift money which I was really pleased with when it arrived. Unfortunately, one of the gems fell out after a few weeks of wearing the ring which was obviously disheartening. I reached out to the customer service team and they were absolutely incredible. Really helpful and really understanding. They arranged a replacement straight away. Cannot fault at all. Overall, really impressed with both the item (despite the gem coming out) and the customer service as well. Would recommend.

Friendly and professional customer service and great communication. I purchased a gold emerald ring as a surprise for my mom-in-law. When I broke my beautiful -4 carat gold bracelet with coloured birthstones,I was very upset but with the quick response and willingness to help me from the customer service team,I was truly impressed!.Well done Norm I will be buying my jewellery from you again.

If you are wise, stay away from them.
Applied for a refund for a package that took over two weeks to even get close to delivered.
They tried to say received the package when I never even accepted it at customs. A whole story, to claim that I recieved it when I never did.

Here’s the interesting part, I called their customer support via their number on their website. An employee picks up, takes my order number and finds my case and says yes we could refund (so he did confirm I called the right number for the right store and correct order number). So I explained my stress with the issue so far, he then fully swears and cusses at me in Turkish. I immediately told him I speak Turkish AND I was recording the call , then he was shocked for a good minute without saying anything only that the refund was issued. I asked for his name he gave me a fake one and hung up. They stopped picking up my calls after.
Via email, another employee denied that they even have an employee that speaks Turkish or that I even called.. hence, glad I recorded. Legal action in progress.

Beware from such stores.

The ring is absolutely GORGEOUS, very high quality and the color is super rich blue. The customer service was very responsive and answered my question quickly and clearly. Shipping was very quick considering it was international.

Simply put - THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever encountered. Any of their delivery times means nothing, and their customer service agents will continuously lie and contradict themselves/their website. By the time I got my item, I didn't even open it and just returned it, taking a loss. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Refused to repair a within warranty item which has lost poorly secured stones.
