Pleasant Surprise!

Having never heard of North and South wines before, we read the other reviews and took a chance! Very pleasantly surprised. We emailed them late Saturday night with a query and were surprised to get an answer almost immediately. Placed our order and received the delivery a couple of days, which to central Scotland was quicker than expected. Would definitely recommend and will use again

I ordered various sized bottles of Whispering Angel for my Sisters 21st. The delivery was on time and packaging ideal to prevent breakages. Thanks!

All good in the end!

Sometimes it’s not about whether things work like clockwork or not. Life’s not as simple as that. Things do go wrong occasionally and the acid test of a business is how they deal with that situation.

Things did go wrong with my internet order, quite badly wrong, but the way Marco dealt with the situation won me over and I wouldn’t hesitate to use North and South Wines again in the future.
